I recently traded in my car for a 2016 BMW plugin hybrid X5 and was pleasantly surprised by my experience at BidCars. My last car purchase was a miserable experience but this one was a delight because Tom Morales, Finance Manager, worked collaboratively with me to make this happen. He conceded where he could and simply let me know when things weren't possible. He laid out options around warranty and financing but didn't push hard when I declined. They have a nice selection of cars and I really liked my experience with them.

Very disappointed in the sales man Damon first went to test drive a 2014 Jeep Wrangler price listed was 26,980. Before the test drive Damon said hold on let me go out some gas in the car, came back and said I actually can't find the company card do you have 5$ to put in the tank. I took it for a test drive when I was ready to purchase the vehice he said well we're gonna have to add 700$ on to the price due to the fact that you have to pay dealer fees sorry dude but no a dealer fee is just for them to sign paper work to say you bought it from them unless you want to register it through

I bought my car from Patrick at Bid Cars. I wanted to find my dream car (well dream in my budget) a Nissan Murano. I wanted one that had all the bells in whistles. Drove down to the dealership to look at a truck they had. They told me the truck was being used as a "demo" and that the GM was driving it essentially as his personal vehicle. No worries there, they told me it would be cleaned and ready for me when it was delivered. Come a week later, the truck is barely clean and still has receipts and trash in it from the previous owner. It basically looks like someone washed it down with a garden hose a took a household vacuum to whatever they could reach. Crumbs still in the cupholders, trash in the pockets and under the seats, the exterior was alright but

This place epitomizes all the horrible things you hear about used car dealers. We went in one Saturday to look at a Jeep for my son. They told us the title wasn't in yet so we could only drive it around their lot. I knew that moment something was up. In addition, also because of the title, they wouldn't let us put money down to hold it. Another red flag. We go home and I sent an e-mail to the salesman asking about the missing antenna mast, the worn tires which looked like they might not make it to Winter, and what is their warranty. I went to BidCars last week to test drive at a 2017 Ram ProMaster 136. I took it for a ride and drove good but the AC was blowing warm air. I was ready to buy this vehicle but I wanted the AC working. The sales person Chris Leitao told me the AC does not get cold when the AC is below 50 degrees. He said it was in for service at Central Chrysler and just had been serviced there and he would get it back there tomorrow to get the AC checked-out. Go somewhere else! They take no responsibility once you drive it off the lot. Bought my truck there for $17000 put $5000 down 5 weeks later I have to spend $1650 on repairing things that should of been done before they sold it. I took to 2 mechanics then took to there mechanic with the 2 itemized quotes and Neil tells me his mechanics don't see what the other two are talking about everything looks good. Meanwhile it leaks oils and transmission lines are rotted and leaking also need brakes and rotors. STAY AWAY!!

Once again, I run into a used car salesman who's high horse sits a little higher than anyone else's! For starters, I called the guy who had been emailing with me, gave my name and the car, he says "I speak to 2K people a day, your gonna have to gimme a little more info" ya ok buddy I'm sure you do! Called and inquired about a car and asked if there was any negotiation on the price. The response I get is "we spend 50K a year on advertising, it would be stupid to negotiate another price wouldn't it?" I hung up the phone and once again will keep my 2K down payment

3/28/2019 - Sales Manager Chris Leitao refuses to honor our Warranty on known Engine & Coolant system defects on Day 1 of purchase costing us $3600+ in repairs. Now engine must be replaced as a result. Extremely Dishonest, Deceptive & Disrespectful. Do not do business with this dealership, EVER and tell everyone you know. We have to file court complaint to recoup our expenses that they owe us. Shameful & Willfully Corrupt.

Taking them to court for dealer fraud they sold me a car that had structural damage without disclosing it to me. The car was bought at auction as a salvage car but the CarFax was not up to date to show the that the car had structural damage. They did a quick sale before that CarFax caught up with these scammers. Run away from this dealership

Had an appointment to purchase a vehicle at 11:30am. Was called at 9:21am and told to call ASAP. I called at 9:34am and was told the vehicle was being sold.
Seriously? I couldn't get to the dealership until 11:30am due to childcare for my special needs child. I can understand if I said I couldn't make it until Monday but 2 hours? I was then offered an "equivalent" vehicle with 20,000 more miles and $2,000 more.
Extremely disappointed. Not to mention a vehicle that has been on cargurus for 129 days amazingly had two buyers in less than 18 hours. In the end, a Used Car Salesman
