I’m extremely unhappy with this dealership. I was looking to buy a truck and found one at this dealership. I called before I drove 3 plus hours to purchase the truck to make sure it was available and to let them know I was serious about purchasing the truck. The dealership informed me it was available so I drove 3 plus hours to buy the truck and 10 minutes before arriving they told me it was sold. Just picked up my new Tahoe and could not be happier. Nabil was great to work with and got things done quickly. He was honest with the time frame of the vehicles arrival date (3 weeks) and checked in with me frequently to update. If you are looking for a new car I highly recommend you talk to Nabil.

Shayne was particularly excellent with his attention and efficiency. My truck was on order and he kept me informed of the progress at every step. Financing was a breeze and the finance department worked to get me the best rate possible. Service is working to get me some side steps and so far has seemed to take the task seriously. Overall the experience was excellent. Also, to whomever may be reading this, get Shayne some new business cards without "Chevrolet" spelled wrong!

I just received my new Chevy Tahoe today. I couldn't recommend them more. Nabil, my salesman, was super professional and responsive. I couldn't be happier from the time that I ordered my car through driving it off the lot. Boch Chevy financing was very straight forward with no pressure no nonsense. I found a car on CARFAX for sale at Boch Chevrolet. I had a conversation about the cars details and was asked to set up a time the next day to see it. The next day they call AND text to confirm I'm coming to see the car (I was on the way). I get there an hour later and can't find the car. IT WAS NEVER EVEN THERE. They never had the car but baited me to come see it. Then lied saying they sold it last night even though I was texting with them at closing time. BAIT AND SWITCH. None of my family or friends will do business there in the future.

The car I was purchasing had scratches on that they said they would take care of, but didn't. For months I have been haggling with them to take care of this. This included a wasted trip to the dealership to have the car fixed, but they provided no rental for me to get home. I live 45 minutes away. I finally went to my local body shop. Despite a fair agreement to share the cost, they are refusing, stating that they don't pay for outside work. They NEVER documneted any such thing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I went to Boch Chevrolet less than 2 weeks ago. Talked to the online person, set an appointment and when I got there I was told the truck I was looking for was in transit and would arrive from Indiana in less than 2 weeks. Ok fine, I put a deposit down, worked with the finance guy and determined the lease payment. Over the week I contacted my sales associate and he sent me a pdf showing the truck would deliver on 6/8. It had the vin number all the details and I was feeling great. Lots of messages back and forth that he would call me when it came in.

I went here for service and was dealt with by a really lazy and reluctant young service writer. He had a very negative attitude like he was really put out by providing you with help. I waited all day and I don't think they even looked at my car until the end of the day. I asked to speak to the service manager and was dealt with by this guy berating me if I had the money to pay for the repair even though I had a good warranty. He kept on mentioning the hourly charge even though I don't think any of the techs did any work. About a week later I had the same service writer call yelling

I bought a lemon from them sold me a truck that has never stop having issues and 2 bad tire had to buy new tires with in 2 months. they got inspection sticker for me I always have thought that was fishy but seems very common. I know that if I would have got it on my own they would have rejected it. On the spot honestly don't buy from them ever. They are only out for their bottom line. Just sell and sell and worry about it later.

Very dishonest and deceiving. They called and told me a certain vehicle I was looking for was at their dealership. When I arrived at the dealership they told me that the car sold the day before. They also listed me a price over the phone that was a couple of thousand dollars cheaper than what they said in person. They had no explanation of why the in store price was increased. Do not waste you time at Boch Chevrolet. Had a terrific experience at Quirk Chevrolet.

I was here today and I must say the service I was given was top notch. Previously leased a vehicle at Muzi Chevrolet and tried to purchase my vehicle at the lease end only for Muzi to tell me that I had to leave my truck with them for 2 weeks and that I could only purchase my lease there. Ended up leaving and going to Boch to trade in the truck and get something new when they informed me that they could help me purchase my lease there. It was a wonderful experience at Boch Chevrolet and they have gained lifelong customers in me and my wife. She will be buying her new vehicle there 100% for sure

Like many dealerships the service after the sale goes away. When I arrived to pick up my Traverse, there was no inspection sticker and 2 chips in the windshield (obviously someone just pencil whipped the CPO physical survey of the vehicle). I was told that the dealership would get the window taken care of and the inspection sticker. I made a point to ask if the glass company would go to the vehicle and was answered in the affirmative. I Inquired about a vehicle at 9:41 AM to request information and to to make sure it was still available. I received a text 10 minutes later stating that it was still available. Especially James they called him Manager!!
Very poor negotiation skills, no interpersonal rapport with his clients. He was insulting, and condescending.
Worse part was, at the end of negotiation they asked me to sign for a deposit with a "Non Refundable Clause" written on it!!
Other Dealership like Herb Connolly, Durand, Imperial treated me with respect.
However this guy James ( they call him Manager) was the weakest link of them all.
Internet managers were good but when you go the dealership, it's a different ball game!!

I would give this dealer a five stars but after entering their show room I noticed Fox news playing on all the TVs. The sales person was nice but I prefer not to be brainwashed while shopping for a car. There are other more neutral news channel choices which don't offend rational normal people. Examples are: Reuters, BBC, CNN. Ultimately, I went to another car dealer.

I have purchased three vehicles from these people. First two times, everything was excellent, could not have been a better experience all around. That was with Clay Chevrolet. The third time however, with Boch, it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in dealing with any company. There were issues. The issues have been brought to the attention of management on several occasions. Nothing gets done aside from excuses being made, and return phone calls never coming. Absolutely the worst. I will never go back there. Not even for the free oil change they offered. I have told everyone
