Mike was so great!! Had so much patience with my credit situation. So kind. Got me into a 2018 car. I would totally recommend anyone to go there if you want a car. It was over all a great experience. I wrote a longer review but I wanted everyone to know this place is seriously relaxing and the people help you. They have a forever customer!! My boyfriend found this car online, went to go look at it and Mike was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable, laid back and friendly. Never hassled us once about buying the car.
I messaged him asking about a bow to surprise my boyfriend when we went and got the car, he said he didn’t but could do balloons (also fine) and when we showed up there was a bow on it, we’ve never had such a pleasure experience buying a car and dealing with a car sales man! Absolute trash! Bought a 2015 mini cooper that ended up having transmission problems almost immediately. They told me that they didn't have the parts to fix it and to bring it to mini cooper, so I did as instructed. One day quirk calls me and tells me that they do not pay money to outside dealers and that if they already finished the work then i would have to pay for it myself.

Amazing dealership. Brendon is the best manager. And yves is the best consultant. See him he won't steer you wrong. My car was recently in An accident and came to see quirk again today. I bought a Nissan Altima a year ago and was delighted with it. Knew thatbif my car is appraised as totaled I must go here again. All the guys are great...Dave, brendan,Yves, Mark the list goes on. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.
This is probably the worst car dealership in the United States, maybe the world.
They ran my credit 9 times which put 9 hard inquiries on my report after telling me that it would be just one, those hard inquiries last for 2 years.
Bought a relatively new car here and brought it for my first oil change and found out that the oil filter had not been put on properly and my car was completely dry of oil.
They then said they would cover it so I dropped it off and when I picked it up there was no record of anything being serviced and they did not change the oil.

Update: After the worst experience and I called to told the General Manager to remove all of my contact information the very next day.
I received a call yesterday (4/9/2018) for a follow-up to see if I was interested in stopping by. My reply was NO WAY; I told him that they are to remove all of my contact information and never contact me ever again.
He asked why; I told him I don't like the sales style of aggressive, bullying, shove me into the office to get payment information even before I can look or even test drive cars. He said What can I do to earn your business? He didn't listen

I NEVER post reviews. But my experience at Quirk was so horrendous that it I feel like I am obligated to. I accompanied my mother to look at cars at Quirk on 1/23. Their customer service was absolutely terrible. Getting them to show us the cars we wanted to see was like pulling out teeth. They were very aggressive and kept asking for financial information, when all we wanted to do was look at the cars. The other day I went with my friend so they could look at some cars being that I know more than they do about the industry. I always expect the worst from salesmen since I have been one (not as a car salesman) and have worked at a dealership before. Really pleased with the car buying experience at this dealer. Everything felt transparent from the moment I walked in, no pressure, bought a car from quirk in Quincy about 12 years ago so felt fairly comfortable with the quirk name. After finding the Jeep renegade with all the options I wanted, crazy low miles and a certified Jeep warranty I went to check it out. After visiting Quirk Preowned and test driving a couple of trucks I was very confident that buying a vehicle from them would be the best price I was going to get! I was looking for a specific type of truck and they definitely beat the competition's price by a couple thousand.
