Recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and I was so happy with the whole experience. The owner, salesman, and even the machanics where the best. There where a few small things I wasn’t happy with about the vehicle, they promptly fixed them. I am 64 years old and have bought my share of cars in my life. Came here to look at a car, upon arriving we realize the car isn't here, knocked on the door and no one was around but a few minutes later someone (I think it was a customer) pulls up and tells us they have another location, so he calls the guy and they drive the car to us (mind you they said it would be 15 - 20 mins, it took him around an hour to get there with the car) The owner seemed like a nice guy he definitely was not like a typical car sales man which I liked and we looked over the car and it needed a few things, so we offer to put a hold on it and the owner says no he will hold it

I just bought a truck from here and couldn't be more happy with it. They are great people and very helpful . Ok , i was a customer to the old owner , he sold and moved ,thats how it started. I brought my jeep wrangler for steering issues and leaks to the oil pan an tranny pan. Low and behold I still have steering issues and the new part that was put in the engine was the same old part. The outside was cleaned.
Took jeep to another garage and the found the issue, The OLD PART. WOULDN'T not TRUST THEM EVER AGAIN.

I have bought many brand new and pre owned vehicles in the past and It was always a stressful and expensive experience until We met Adriano. They had quite a few used cars for sale, I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was a great price and in great condition especially being a 2007. Dealer is very helpful and accommodating. I had to give up this car for the incredible auto insurance rate and felt sorry to ask them for the refund of the $200 deposit we put forth at first, but the dealer agreed upon my absurd cancellation without any hesitation, giving back the full refund instantly. I really appreciate the kindness and would truly recommend this dealer.

I had an excellent experience here last week. The owner was personable - an honest guy - and didn't have that annoying car salesman attitude that's notorious in this industry. He was friendly and answered all my questions and my many phone calls about the car I purchased. When there was a slight overlooked issue, he handled it happily with no questions asked and I am very happy with not only my new car, but my overall experience. Purchased 2 vehicles from them at their previous location and new one, both cars never gave me a single problem. After dealing with the nightmare refereed to as Avon Auto Brokers who sold me something that had problem after problem and wouldnt even consider doing any repairs for me, this place was a breath of fresh air! Any question or concern I had was handled immediately even something as simple as wanting new tires and brakes was done for me no problem! Awesome dealership definitely recommend and will buy from them again in the future

Would give 0 stars if possible. The owner is rude and doesn't have time to simply talk to the customers about the cars. Very unprofessional.
