I just bought a used car (great condition) and traded in my old car from Paul at Mass Auto World and he was a delight to work with throughout the whole process. I wasted half of a day visiting Mass Auto World to see a car which had been completely misrepresented by a salesman there. Car sounded great and looked great on paper but turned out to be a beat-up rust bucket. The salesman told me before I visited that the car had no rust, when it actually had serious rust damage including frame rot. I remember when I went my car inspected they paid to make sure everything was up to date the father who was from Florida brought me lunch, paid for my car inspection. I never expected them to be so nice and honest to me. I didn't have to invest any money in my car only a year after I purchased from them. Myself and my family have bought several cars from this group including our 4th car just last week. I remember when they were just starting out at a different location. Incredible to see how they've grown. The staff was just as polite and professional as they were then.
