Anthony did a wonderful job installing luxury vinyl plank flooring in my upstairs to match flooring installed downstairs two years prior. He was kind enough to split the job into two separate installations as I had to have furniture moved from room to room. He was very professional, kind, and very patient with my dog. Anthony did excellent work installing our new vinyl laminate plank flooring. There was quite challenging floor prep required, in an old room, before the floor could go in, and he handled it creatively, professionally and on time, without rushing it. Plus, he was a pleasure to work with. We’re sure we will hire him again, if we have a new project.

Anthony is one of the most shady unprofessional sub contractors I have met. He came out to our house to take a look at our kitchen remodel. Then shot back a quote of $9500. I didn't bring up the fact that his website advertises $5.00 a sq ft. If you are hoping to get $5.00 a sq ft, know that price is a bait and switch on Anthonys part. I immediately declined the quote. Anthony within minutes sends another quote asking "is this better" at $7500. He drops his price by $2000 in minutes. Which some might think is shady or generous. Be very leery of this company! The owner provided the original estimate in writing via text. The estimate was itemized and agreed upon a week prior to the scheduled job date. The night before the job was scheduled to begin (after we moved all the furniture), the owner asked me to sign a contract which had new charges not previously quoted. He added $150 to dump the carpet from ONE bedroom in addition to the $346 we had already agreed upon for a carpet removal fee). When I questioned this, he acknowledged that he added the charge and would reduce it by $50 but was unwilling to remove it. To clarify

A handyman advised Luxury Vinyl Flooring even after seeing my sub floors were not at all flat enough. I tried to use self leveling product myself (no chance)
I found Anthony online and asked him if he could take a look. He said it was a lot of work, but since I already bought all the Planks, I needed it to have it done.
The floor had terrible high and low points due do it being an old house. After only 2 days, Anthony had that floor flat as a pancake! It takes expertise to do this, you have to fill and grind areas, as well as monitor with a level. The laying of the planks

This project had been pending for 7 months. I've had 3 other floor company's come out to bid the job, but without any success the other's didn't want the challenge of removing the diagonal hardwood flooring so the wine cooler would fit/slide in, and then replace the new floor boards. I found Anthony on CL, he came out and scheduled the project. The pic's says it all. Anthony knows how the figure it all out, and get the job done! It was labor intense yet Anthony was very patient, took his time and did an amazing job. Well worth the wait. He's the guy! Thank you.

Anthony was wonderful! He was able to level our slab floors and then install new luxury vinyl plank flooring in most of our home. We couldn't be happier with the results of all of his hard work. The floors are beautiful! He has an eye for detail and spent the time to make sure the leveling and installation were done right. I set up a time for Anthony to come out and install two floating floors a total of 165 sq ft. The bathroom required removal of tile and is 36 sq ft. The other room was a bedroom which is 120 sq ft (10x12) and the closet is 9sq ft (3x3). 129 plus 36 is 165 sq ft. Anthony scheduled two days for the job. I asked him on Monday, March 2, 2020, if he was licensed, bonded and insured. He replied yes. All of his websites state he is licensed so I didnt think twice about it. On Tuesday, March 3rd, he told me that he would not be able to finish, he had another job scheduled for March 4th and he would

Anthony did an amazing job installing laminate flooring on the stairs and landing. He also leveled the landing using leveling material/cement which he did expertly. True professional. Very hard worker and gets the job done. Also very conscientious about his work which is very much appreciated. Finished job on time. Very happy with the finished product.

Horrible job I've never seen somone take so long to do a floor in my life. Never shows up on time left the house in desrepair for weeks. The floor cost thousands of dollars tools left in the house with children. Owner shows up stopping progress by being on the phone constantly. The list goes on. I would never recommend this company.
