Jorge SR Did an amazing job on our fence. There is no other company I would rather hire I spoke to many other contractors got many other quotes and was not happy on how expensive and how late the response was to me. George got right back to me answered his phone every time I called I have no idea where people are getting that he doesn't answer the phone he is a great contractor I will definitely use him again for all of my fencing since I am a property manager. Excellent work team.

Was late to appointment...never gave me an estimate...he said he would get back to me within a day with an estimate...never called or followed up...I called him 4 times...we went with another fencing company and we are happy that we spent our $8100 with someone else...heck if you don't need the money or the work, don't go out and look at jobs...I think he was fishing/looking for an easy job

After first meeting to get estimate, I tried for over 3 weeks to contact. Messages always full. He never came back with estimate on new fence. Wasted my time and put me behind schedule getting work completed. Perhaps project was beyond his abilities, but wish he had just said that up front instead of dragging me along for 3 weeks.

OK everyone don't look too deep into these ridiculous reviews. George has been doing this for over 45+ years he knows exactly what he's doing he corrects most fence contractors errors if you have any questions he provides the best answers and knows exactly what he's doing. Fence board shrinking is normal that is when a piece of wood gets wet it swells in California it's so dry it dries up and shrinks you end up with gaps that is normal that's wood if you don't want gabs use vinyl or board on board. Do NOT recommend. They provide inferior craftsmanship at a premium price-cutting corners with cheap hardware on custom gates. They should of used adjusted hinges but instead used a $2.00 hinge. Now I am paying $250 per gate x 3 to repair and replace hardware. All this after I paid a premium to begin with. George would NOT come back to repair after over a month of multiple phone calls and texts. He does NOT stand behind his work. Find another company, do NOT use Reliable or shall I say unreliable fence co.

Work is ok, customer service not good, final product mediocre. Jorge is nice and helpful when you talk to him in person, but getting a hold of him and making firm plans is not easy. His working crew is not good at customer service as they were not respectful in responding to a women's requests, the man of the house had to be very firm (sometimes argue with them) to get things done the way that we preferred. Requested a quote for fences and 2 gates. Was given a quote and examples of the gates. Approved everything. Never showed up on time. Did not install my gates. Kept putting me off, and then they tell me the quote did not include gates, after I paid them. They came and installed basic gates and said that was all that was included, not the gates I approved. Feeling very cheated here. They do not show up on time, are not ready when they arrive, do not return phone calls etc.

So first of all I wanna give a shout out to George I do have to say the project took a little longer than expected but it actually came out better than I thought so it was worth the wait. George also worked with us very well and gave us a killer deal. The work was very professional and his guys we're nice clean and polite. George did some custom fencing for our farm animals on the back of our yard and we loved it.

Reliabuilt Fence built a new cedar wood fence on my side yard and installed a new wrought iron fence, pre-custom color-matched to the HOA specs. Their quote was reasonable, not the cheapest (but lower than most). Many of our neighbors have also hired them to install their new iron fence. Jorge and his crew were friendly, easy to work with, and came back a couple of days later, when I noticed that they accidentally punctured a sprinkler line installing a new fence post, and repaired it. The cedar fence was painted by SD Coatings, because Reliabuilt's quote for that part was too high. Jorge

Late to scheduled appointments or didn't show up at all. My fence is now 2 years old. There are large gaps between planks, planks are warped and bowing, the top caps are bowed, gaps between top caps, the heavy rains have wash the soil away from base of post exposing shallow concrete foundation, gate is sagging requiring extra effort to close hinge, wood is split where hinge was nailed/drilled to wood.
