Scott Specht also recently gave a TEDx talk about the future of housing in the United States. Our projects have been featured in over 100 publications worldwide, and have received numerous awards from the American Institute of Architects, the Architectural League of New York, The Texas Society of Architects, and many others.
More important than the awards, however, is the fact that we have many repeat clients who appreciate our work and enjoy working with us. We're nice people, and love what we do! Scott and team were a perfect collaboration on our Mexico house project. There are infinite amounts of decisions that must be made during the design and build of a bespoke home, combine that with doing it in a foreign country and it gets complicated very quickly. Having Scott and team on our side and maintaining focus through some very stressful times was key to seeing the project to completion. Scott was always level headed and pragmatic and we could not have done this without him! We highly recommend Specht Architects and hope to work with them again in the future.

We chose Specht Architects because of their eye-catching work, but we were unsure how the elegant architectural style that we gravitated to in their home design would translate into a gut renovation of our NYC loft. From the first meeting Specht Architects generated a cohesive vision that made our loft both architecturally interesting and functional. They did this without losing the open loft feeling we cherish. We interviewed a lot of architects and chose Specht Architects because they really got to know us and our tastes and then developed a variety of absolutely amazing options that we really loved. Scott is very forward thinking and an artistic genius. The entire team is very nice and you can tell they love what they do and really like each other which was a real bonus. We truly love our home and had a blast going through the process and we owe it to Scott and his team.
