Mark and Sue started G.M. Wild Construction in 1987 with an old Ford van and a classic Macintosh SE computer, although Mark had his beginning in construction in 1977 as a carpenter's helper. After graduation from college in 1984, they moved to San Francisco, where Mark worked on the floor of the Pacific Stock Exchange and Sue worked for a commercial real estate developer.
After realizing that Maine was home, they returned and began their own remodeling business. They enjoy being in the outdoors, including cycling, hiking and kayaking and love to travel, but especially like spending time with their two children, Caroline and Parker. They strive to give personal attention to every client, to provide an excellent product and to have G.M. Wild Construction be the best remodeling firm with whom you've ever worked.

G.M. Wild Construction (GMWC) implements the "design-build" process, helping our clients achieve their home improvement goals within their budget guidelines. The homeowner has one point of contact for the complete project. GMWC is responsible for an excellent project outcome from start to finish. Design-build projects take less time to complete.
