Our team, together with our specialty sub-contractors, work closely with you to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and are built with energy efficient, quality construction.
Services
The annual running cost of our homes is significantly less than most, due to our design and construction methods. We focus on using quality, long lasting materials, new heating and cooling systems, and place more emphasis on the insulation and building shell. We utilize OVE for the framing on our homes.

I have nothing but positive things to say about John Libby and his team. I'm in the early stages of building a new home with John Libby Construction, and so far the process has been excellent. Communication is open and honest, there is tons of transparency, and a well-organized team as things progress in the process. I couldn't be happier with having found John Libby Construction and partnering with this team to build my new home.

Cory came out a few weeks ago to do an estimate. Great price, everything was very well explained to us. Quality materials, responsive, professional, value. After we had an issue with a skylight, they came over within the hour on a Sunday and fixed the problem. These guys are awesome! If you need work done, call these guys up!

John Libby Construction built our home after getting people in to clear the land, do the site work and then build our dream house. John and his team were so friendly, easy to work with and fast! They made the home building process very enjoyable for us and I would highly recommend John Libby Construction. Also after we moved in John has been great about answering questions and is now a friend even though we did not know him prior to his building our home!
