This company is the worst! Please do not use them. Save your money!!! Terrible communication, pricing, everything all around. I used their service March 2021, the technician that came out advised me if I still had issues to call and they will be right out. I asked how do I pay for my services he stated that someone will send me an invoice. Well I… still had issues with my pest so I called within the first week left a voicemail, no follow up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were probably busy so I called back the second week twice left a voicemail no return call. My

I used this service last year. They gave me a quote via email and scheduled my service over the phone. The day of service, they cancelled due to inclement weather. We rescheduled for the next week. The day of service I was given a 4 hour time window. I called for updates regarding the tech arrival. They said he would arrive towards the last hour. He arrived 30 minutes after the 4 hour window had closed. I assumed no one was showing up so by that time I had already replaced all my furniutre. A week after the eventual service, I still found bugs in my house. Since it was within their 30-day gaurentee

They did regular pest control services with emphasis on spiders. I almost always have inside done along with outside. They do a decent job clearing away cobwebs outside, never overspray soaking floors as other companies have done. They are professional and courteous, and reasonable. I would recommend.

Awful customer service and communication. We used their company for an initial ant treatment at one of our properties and were informed that our one time payment would include a 2 week follow up. We were later notified by our tenants that no one ever returned for a follow up (the tenants complained that the ants returned with a vengeance). Upon calling the company back to explain the issue the receptionist said she would have the supervisor return my call. I used Yelp to search for pest control in my area and several options were returned. Out of the 3 companies I requested a quote (using their own website), Crown Pest Control was the only one to call me back, the next day. I was given a fair quote and prompt service to control our kitchen ants and mice. Because our kitchen ants problem was so bad, Kyle even came back the next week to retreat our kitchen at no additional cost. With this second treatment, we haven't seen one single ant.
