The pest control service that was provided to my home on two occasions was great. They arrived within the designated time frame and were very professional. The technician we had was Jonathan, and he was great as well. He thoroughly explained what was being done, and he made sure that my family had everything they needed to leave the house for a couple of hours. Kind technician and excellent service.

Johnathan is my usual service technician from Thomas Pest Control out of Matthews, NC. He is the best I've ever had in the twenty years I have lived in this part of Huntersville. I always ask to make sure that Johnathan will service my property when the schedule is due. If it wasn't for Johnathan and his cheerfulness and knowledge and expertise and thoroughness of his work, I might consider switching to a different service company. I'm sticking with Johnathan !
