Dewey, the technician that came to perform the service was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained how the pests would be on the property and their activity. After a thorough inspection he did not find evidence of moles or voles. I would recommend this company and if I have an issue in the future I will contact them

Dewey did fine. He was prompt, well dressed and knew what he was doing. He got straight to work and was done in less than an hour. He told me I should not expect to see any bugs at my house but if I did they would come back and treat them at no cost. Good service.

I called Remedy because we had squirrels in our attic. From the first interaction they were extremely professional. Cam did a great job helping me schedule the appointment and when I needed to modify it he was very accommodating.
Matt and Cam showed up right on time and within 20 minutes they had found the problem and corrected it.
I would highly recommend them and will use them again without hesitation.

Remedy is what a “home services” company should be - good at what they, always on time, fairly priced and super responsive to issues that impact a home. We called Remedy as we had ants all over and cockroaches. Both of these issues were long-term despite other service companies spraying, etc. Matt and his team can out and they SOLVED everything. Also we had vents around the house that we knew were an issue. Matt and team gave us great advice on these and a fair bid. We replaced them the next day. Just a great company with great people. I highly recommend them.

Cam and Primas were very pleasant to work with - professional, knowlegeable and went the extra mile to help us with our ant problem. 3 of our neighbors wanted to join in on the ant fight and primas and Cam took the extra homes in stride. I will be recommending Remedy Pest Control to our HOA.
