Everything went great, Elliot does the best job. Not only does he treat the inside and outside well, but he always informs you of how everything works and how to look out for our animals until they can go out into the yard and play without getting sick from the chemicals that have been used. Been with Sage for years now and can’t say anything bad about the service they provide as well as the customer service. I live in an area that is surround by trees and the pest could have been a problem but thanks to Sage and there great service and products they are always a text away. Unfortunately while the service provided an adequate first visit, I was forced to cancel after their technician spilled leaking chemicals all over my kitchen and living room. He then left without cleaning it up, causing a major hazard to my pets. The service was unsatisfactory throughout. Now, the company is attempting to charge me for additional services not rendered.
This company also solicits in no soliciting neighborhoods. I would strongly recommend against them.

We signed up for new service. The person that they sent spent 20 minutes in the driveway and 10 minutes getting instructions and papers signed.
He was done in 3 minutes under the house and 10 minutes around the parameter of the house. Not possible! Never went to the guest house in the back which is 20x18.
Did not do any soffits or windows as agreed . Total rip-off!

We have had a contract with Sage for quite some time. It seems like when the heavy spring rains come we get ants in our kitchen. Since having Sage come quarterly for a few years we've had the one or two solider ants scouting for food and water but no more than that. We have a dog so the ants could be hitching a ride in also. The techs who come out know my neighborhood and remember my home and that we have a dog and even close the 6ft privacy gate behind then when they leave! Excellent service!

Yes, they do make you sign a contact but you're given all the info up front about cancellation fees, quarterly charges, etc. we're currently renting anyways so the year of applications will work out perfectly!

Candy Huey was our service technician today. She was meticulous in handling our normal pest control service. We let Candy know we had some ant problems in the house. She advised shortly that she had found and treated 4 large ant nests. Candy was extraordinarily thorough and polite. We sure hope she is the one who treats our home the next time.

I cannot say enough good things about Sage! Their tech Candy must have read Nancy Drew mysteries in her youth - she is a tireless sleuth in tracking down multiple ant nests in my yard! When I call for re-service the response is immediate - I am very happy with this wonderful customer service! Candy has taken pains to track down the problem and is careful to explain what she's doing and why. I recommend this company highly. They keep me sane in the face of the insect onslaught!

We have been a client of Sage for over 2 years and have been very happy with their customer service. We have never had a problem. When we have called with an issue they have responded promptly. They were able to get rid of an ant problem we had tried two different pest control companies and on our own. We have moved to an older neighborhood now with different challenges so we shall see how it goest but I have been impressed up until now.

I've had three of the five treatments I'm to which I've contracted. I have seen a decrease in insects, but that's not hard, as I had no extermination service before. However, the techs apparently forgot to do my specially-priced termite inspection at the second visit. Also, they have done nothing to clean up the wasp nests that I showed them, nor have they been effective against mice. All in all, I don't feel that I've gotten the services that I signed up for. I'll be looking for another provider once my contract is satisfied.

I am surprised at the other reviews, not the experience I have had at all. Maybe my pest problems and expectations are different. In any event, I am happy with their services and their techs. They have done exactly what I needed and when an unexpected pest showed up they were prompt in taking care of it at no additional cost. I have not had any problems with any of the techs and in fact have been impressed with one in particular. Mr. Doug Vondervort has treated my home twice now and was great both times. Sage was the only company in the area that I contacted that would guarantee their service against millipedes. We started with them last year when we had a huge millipede problem and found over 20 in the house each morning, and I could go out in my driveway and kill hundreds with a blowtorch. But since Sage has started their service we have only had the occasional bug in the house - most we find are dead. And they are quick to come and re-treat the house whenever we want. We signed up despite the pushy sales tactic and I am glad we did.

This morning 9/16/16 I had a sage service representative Chris Fitch...he did such a thorough job, I've had Sage pest control for a year now. Chris was such a friendly guy & made me feel at ease about some of the bug issues I've been having, & being my house is a little older with some trees outback is causing big wood palmetto roaches at times, he made me feel rest assured that their service is completely satisfactory! We changed to Sage Pest Control primarily due to cost. Buyer BEWARE...if you sign up with this company and have to cancel before the required number of visits, you're on the hook for a cancellation charge. We are moving and because we did not meet the 5 visit requirement, they are charging us a penalty, even though we are moving out of state, not simply cancelling to change companies. We found their services to be average at best. We wish we never changed to this company. You truly do get what you pay for. We would never recommend this company.

What a sleazy outfit. Salesman comes to my door and says he's "talking to my neighbors about the pest problem in this neighborhood". I tell him I'm already using another service and that I'm happy with it. He asks me who and I tell him Bulwark. He then goes on to say that some of my neighbors who use Bulwark find spiders and other insects after Bulwart treatments and asks if I do too. I tell him no and that I'm happy with their service. He then gets pushy and I have to close the door on him to get him to shut up. Even if I wan't very happy with Bulwark

I changed from one pest control company to Sage about a year ago. This change was merely a financial change as they were lower in cost. The individual that serviced my account was very courteous and the pest application was "almost as good" as my previous supplier. I decided the first of the year to change back to my other supplier due to the fact that we were experiencing MORE MOSQUITOES with their service. When I cancelled my service, they continued to bill me. I called and did not get a good resolution. DUE TO THE ETHICS OF THIS SUPPLIER, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!

I have used other post control companies in the past and never had the problems I had with Sage. They didn't come back or follow up once we told them we were having a TERRIBLE ant problem inside my home after they sprayed one time! I spent 4 months spraying and cleaning up ants in my home with no help from them. I canceled the service after my "free trial" because they ruined my home and my lawn was full of bugs, ants, and voles once they came! They sent me a $110 bill for cancelling!
