Hired Ivey to remove a hornets nest in my tree. The first time they came out they left behind a good amount of the nest and the hornets began rebuilding. The second time they came, they ripped the entire branch off of the tree without letting me know (even though I was home at the time). Now our canopy has a gap in it and you can see where the branch splintered off from an unprofessional removal. The hornets are gone, but we paid a lot of money to have our trees damaged without permission.

I was introduced to this company 15 years ago through a business relationship. At the time, I mentioned to my father and he said "Bug Ivey" and was familiar with the company from it's original beginnings. Cannot write enough wonderful things about this business. Our dog brought in fleas and we had a pretty bad infestation across the entire house. All their employees go above and beyond to explain EVERYTHING! The life cycle, steps to take, what to expect, anything you could wonder. They are experts. Shelly, their office manager, is so incredibly knowledgable and thorough! and Neil, their technician, came out several times to ensure we were happy. Weeks later, and we are 100% flea free! I've heard this season has been particularly bad for fleas given the warmth/wet weather, and anyone looking

We've worked with Ivey's for years and they have always been responsive whenever we did have bugs that appeared, but for the 8+ years that we've used them, that's been very rare that we ever need to call since being on their quarterly plan, they come out regularly to spray, we don't even need to be home, and our big problems are almost completely gone, even though we live in a roach and bug heavy area with older homes and a creek directly behind our house.

I used Ivey without knowing them for a pest inspection when buying home. I didn't check the inspection report. Upon moving into the home we found termites in the garage. Once I reviewed the inspection report it clearly stated there were items in the garage where the inspector was unable to complete the inspection. 99% of companies would have pointed to the inspection report and walked away. Ivey got rid of all the termites FREE of charge. The owner is a stand up guy. I am now a customer for life.
