I called all star fence to get a quote on an extension. Everyone was nice and professional. They put me in contact with the person who does estimates and it started off well. He asked if I could send him a picture of the extension I wanted. SO I DID. He said he would be able to get me an estimate by the next day.. the next day followed and nothing. I texted him to make sure he wrote down the email address correctly. No response. . I then later called him and he said he got my message and he wrote the email address down wrong. I called this company for some materials, a few fabricated posts, and a fabricated fence door for the cage I was building in my company's warehouse. I'll start by saying that the stuff I ordered was exactly what I wanted and it was made very well. The people I spoke to on the phone were nice enough as well and they were nice when I met them to pick up my order. The issue I had was that I felt like I had to keep calling over and over again just to keep the project moving. I wish I could give them a ZERO star review. This is the worst company ever!! They won't come out on a weekend to give you an estimate. Okay fine. They won't come out after 4pm. Okay fine. So I take a full day off work just to get a quote. Well they should have been here at 9am. Nobody showed. It's 9:30am so I call the office and I'm told they have no idea where their employee Luke is and can't get a hold of him. They said he should've been there. Then they tell me we can reschedule? At my place of employment a small pickup truck ran through about 60feet of fence. The usual fence company I called told me no on a Friday afternoon about 11AM called All-Star and they were there in 45min to give me a price. The price was great. Fence was repaired by 2pm. I know who I will be calling from now on. All-Star is the proper name for this company and all the crew that was out there were very nice guys.

4-6 weeks out on Residential fences. Not very nice phone manners. But at least they told me upfront.

Very nice workers. polite and professional, took the time to explain what they were doing. a little more expensive then some. but the quality of polite workers was good. unfortunately, the fence is already showing signs of wear. they didn't put any sealant in place.

I used to work for Brian Thomas and Randy at allstar clarkcounty fence what a bunch of hacks. Brian is a swindler who rips off anyone he can including people who work for him. Call Tiberti or Red star...

Estimate for additional mesh gate took a while, called multiple times to finally get the estimate

8/6/16 they took final measurements. Paid half the balance to start the work. They stated it would take no longer than a week for the gate to be ready to be installed after power coating and painting.

A week pass, I had to keep calling them for updates myself. They kept saying someone will contact me

Dont let them waste your time, as they did mine. The estimator showed up 35 minutes late, proceeded to write notes and took pictures of my property for my project. He said he would email an estimate later that afternoon, or by noon the next day, at the latest. 3 days later and still no estimate and no follow up phone call. They have lost a $7000 job to Olson Ironworks.

I am a small business owner in Las Vegas. I called All Star Fence to build a cage in my warehouse. The estimator came out right away (same day) sent an incomplete quote that did not have the appropriate locking device. The quote was transferred to the "Manager" to handle and recalculate. After several phone calls and emails I still have no quote. It has been over a month. If this project was to small a simple phone call would be the proper courteous thing to do. Good news is I found another company who is offering a far superior product with everything I asked for at a lower price

Excellent!!! I needed a small fence for a dog run on side of my house. All star was my first bid. It was a little above my budget so I called SEVERAL fence companies. I got quotes double All Star!!! Ridiculous it's a small fence. So I called All Star back to see if we could get it done closer to my budget, they called me back in a timely manner and took $100 off quoted price! I got my fence at my budget. So happy with installers and service. Lisa is super nice in office, sales guy on point and Jose will make sure job is done right! Thanks All Star!

Horrible! Bad response time, sloppy work, poor follow up. Guy on the job was grumpy and acted like it was interrupting his schedule to even stop by. Charged almost $100 to turn a wrench, LITERALLY! He didn't even recommend the fixes we were able to get from the alternate company that saved us money in the long run! When I emailed/called they never responded for a WEEK! Totally ruined our gate function and didn't even show remorse. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
