Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Had them come out to look at what I needed done they took measurements we got it put together as to what to build. She said she would have an answer for me in a couple days a week went by no answer I called them she said she believes he got the quote done and she would email it to me they never did.. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I I called around trying to get pricing for a new back fence in Anthem and all I got was a rude old man with a bad attitude. George was also overpriced and kept asking me who was my other Estimates from . I don't think it's professional to give competitors price, the way I look at it if you want to earn my business be reasonable with your price and give me a good product. Last but not least he would not listen to any of my suggestions for MY FENCE he wanted everything to be made his way . I decided to go with another local company which by the way was not the cheapest but the sales guy

Just moved here and had a new fence put up in my back yard. g&b fence did a awesome job. They knew all the codes for my area and state codes. Trust me when I tell you that getting a company that has been around a long time is well worth the price and peace of mind. They are licensed and bonded. My wood fence looks great.

Had an appointment for estimate and no one showed up. Called and left a message. No one called back. Called again and the woman said she would call back when she got back from an appointment. She never called back. Called again and of course got the answering machine. Left another message. Let's see is I get a call back.
