I am an Interior Designer from Chicago working on a design project in Idaho. I have been using Interwest Moving & Storage to receive, inspect & recently deliver the products to my clients home in Driggs, Idaho. InterWest moved me cross-country. This is my 4th large move, and I never have had a poor experience. This was different. I discounted the fact that things that were to have been shipped to location A, ended up in location B. I paid them around 9K for the cross country move, and another 9K for 18 months storage. The goods arrived at my home in early October, 2021, and the first item off the truck was an utterly destroyed 1700s Queen Anne Dominican Mahogany table (see photo). I filed a claim, knowing the table could not be replaced, but there was a carpenter who could fix it for $1200. Well, Interwest

They helped arrange a move from the east coast to Montana for us. This was our first time using professional movers and we could not have been happier.
The professionalism of everyone, from the people getting our estimates to the packers and driver were equal to that of any physician I have worked with. Better, in a few cases.
Our belongings arrived safely as scheduled without any significant damage. In terms of pricing I was happy for what we paid, around 12,500 for full packing and transport, door to door, for a very full and densely packed 3 bed 2 bath apartment.

We are moving internationally and InterWest was assigned to pack our belongings and prepare them for shipment. The team leader was Bryce and he was extremely knowledgeable about the entire packing/shipping process and what items are allowed to make an international move. He was kind and patient, and thoroughly answered all our questions. Joel and Saul rounded out the packing team. Both were friendly and efficient and joined us in a few laughs. We won't receive our goods for a couple months but after watching how they were packed, I feel they will be in good condition when they arrive. I would recommend

We recently relocated from Northern California to Idaho Falls and with the help Of InterWest Moving and Storage, the stressful experience of packing up not one but two homes was made so much easier. We had a great experience of InterWest delivering our goods to our home in Wyoming from our move from New York City. Bryce and Tony did the delivery. They were punctual (early, in fact) and did a great job of moving our possessions from the truck into our house. The helped set up our furniture and took away the boxes and packing materials. Our items were all delivered in excellent condition. We appreciated the great service.

We used this company for an interstate move. The good thing about my experience was timeliness. Initial communication was good but our "coordinator " was not much help once the move was underway. I did my own packing and the things I packed arrived intact. Our large and heavy hot tub was successfully moved. However, we experienced significant damage to some of our furniture. 2 tables had broken legs, a dresser had heat damage and the finish was melted on the top and side, and one table had a nick that can be easily repaired. I have no idea how such significant damage occurred and unfortunately

InterstateMovers were efficient, ontime and very professional; but when I paid them they started to speak my card number into a cell phone rather than SWIPING THE CARD into a card reading device - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and kind of scary security wise. After telling them my card number and then having them talk into the phone to someone I didn't know, I asked to talk to the person on the other line with my credit card account number and asked them to mention the person I originally talked to about moving. She gave me the correct name thus proving she was at least familiar with the business operation
