We have moved a multitude of times in our nearly fifty years of marriage. We figured we were too old this time and upon the recommendation of Highgate Senior Living, we called On the Move. So glad we did. They were punctual, went over and above to complete what we needed, and above all, they were so friendly and kind. They finished early and under budget.

I hired OTM to move "about 20 boxes" 1/2 mile down the street and was told that they had a $125 minimum. No problem. This would be a 5 star rating, had I not been scolded for placing 4 un boxed pieces (a child's chair, nightstand and plastic folding tables) at the top of the stairs and asked that they take them down to my truck. The scolding was unexpected and uncalled for, and I said "happy to pay!" (....really?) I helped load and unload and from pulling in to completion was 35 minutes, the actual box count was 16, and I paid them $140. When I got home, I saw that the

We were basically the type of customers that makes Movers cry at night. We only had half the stuff packed away, and no organization at all. Zach and his team were able to walk through the house, and figure out a perfect way to pack our truck that kept it all safe for our big move. We had friends help us unpack when we arrived, and everyone commented how impressive the moving truck packing was. They probably made a dozen moving company converts right there. You should absolutely call Zach at On the Move for anything you need moved.

We utilized On The Move for our office relocation in October of 2015. The movers arrived on time and were very efficient in moving all items from the old office to the new office. They handled our items with care and were very professional during the entire move. The movers unloaded our items and placed everything in it's correct office at the new location. Would definitely recommend as an excellent choice for your next move!

I have moved 18 time in 20 years, so I have seen a lot of moving companies. This was the worst experience I can ever imagine!! The were suppose to box up the house but never did. When, very nicely talking to the office staff, she hung up on both my wife and two times. We were horribly over charged but paid it regardless. The worst is when I asked the owner (I didn't know it was the owner at the time) if he could share the owners contact information with me he said he would but never did. 2 days later I found out he was the owner. I will never make this mistake again and neither should

My family and I relocated back to Bozeman after a number of years in other cities (Seattle, Oakland, Boulder, etc.). Zach and Walter moved our belongings from a Uhaul truck into a storage unit, and then a month later from the storage unit to our new home. They were on time, careful with our belongings, and worked hard until the job was done. I'd highly recommend them.
