Home Floors Galore did an absolutely wonderful job on our floors. We had the whole house done and I'm still amazed how they worked around all of our 'stuff'. The team worked in perfect harmony and got the job done with no hassle or delays. We were extremely pleased with the whole project - start to finish!! My wife and I decided we wanted to replace the existing hardwoods on the first floor and the carpet on the stairs and on the second floor. I called Mark specifically because of his expertise with stairs but was impressed by his thorough knowledge of all aspects of hardwoods. He was professional and thoughtful with his explanations of our options and throughout our communications. The install team arrived on the first day prepared to begin work. They worked tirelessly with great attention to detail. They kept us informed on all aspects of the job. Mark came by to provide an estimate but provided me so much more! He guided me through the flooring materials options and helped me get a good value on those materials. He also gave me a reasonable price that included correction of some subfloor issues I had. The team that did the work were professional, courteous and well skilled. Sean and Curtis demonstrated tremendous craftsmanship, patience, and problem solving as they dealt with the challenges of our Den and hallway flooring job. I highly recommend them!

I was extremely impressed with Mark and his crew. We had to replace our floors that were just over a year old in a brand new house due to a bad install by the subcontractor. Our floors would crack, pop and there was a lot of bounce to them. Mark evaluated the house and let us know what his recommendation would be. He had the lowest price of all of the companies we spoke with, but ultimately his knowledge won us over.

Just terrible!
The owner of the company Mark Taggert is the type of contractor you see in your nightmares. When I first called him he sounded very knowledgeable, patient and professional. When he came in to measure, he brought the contract with him, we signed the contract wrote him a $100 check as a deposit "to hold our days on his busy schedule." The next day I texted him with some questions about our project and he replied in an irritable manner, I started feeling that I have made a mistake and I would not trust him with my house. According to the contract rules I cancelled the contract

Sean and Randy arrived promptly and began install the floors once I was fully briefed on what was going to be accomplished. They worked hard for close to 7 hours without stopping to take a lunch break! They are both very friendly and they kept me informed during the installation process. They did an excellent job installing the flooring and the quality of their work is displayed in the beautiful floors in the bathrooms. I highly recommend Randy and Sean at Home Floors Galore!
