Found the fence I needed a quote on in the pictures on their website called for a quote. Said "Hi, I need a paddock built." and the rep said "You might want to try wilco or coastal *Condescending chuckle* we don't do FARM fencing" and I said "oh thank you anyway" and they said "Yeah" and hung up. So rude! will not ever go there for any fencing!

I had to fire a contractor from a job. I called Nick at Superior and he lined me up with two of his crews to finish my job. His guys came in and did an awesome job. They finished the project in a third of the time and the final product was perfect. Would definitely recommend and will be using in the future.

They were fine. Helpful enough when I wanted to buy a few simple post bracket, but they don't seem set up for that sort of sale.
Also, the only return policy I saw was on their receipt, and it said: Return Policy: 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. However, when I returned things, brand new, bought the day before, they charged me a 10% restocking fee without informing me up front. So I guess 90% satisfaction guaranteed?

I set out to get quotes from multiple contractors. Superior was one of the first I contacted. I was told I would get a call the following week to schedule. I never received a call.
A few weeks later, I called back. A week later they sent out someone for the quote, who after taking measurements told me they were months out on work and wouldn't probably be able to start until March. This would have been useful to know when I originally called. Instead, I was tied to an appointment.

I called Superior Fence to politely express concerns about their complicity in assisting police by supplying fences used after police attacked non-violent protesters and sealing off the park near the Justice Center, resulting in property being seized and people hurt, arrested and harassed. The "message center" lady was extremely RUDE and hung up… on me, refusing to pass along the message. I would NEVER recommend doing business with a company who is so discourteous and unprofessional in dealing with the public, nor would I support a business that promotes violence against people by allowing

Once again, Superior Fence rocks! I bought a cyclone fence from these guys last year, and at that time I had them install a rolling fence section in front of my carport to keep my cars protected. Here recently one of the tires sprung a leak, and to my amazement they came out and replaced both tires at no charge. Amazing service! Great company to work with. If you buy a fence from someone else you'll most likely end up paying more and get less.

By not blowing off customers that need something built. I called after someone ran into my fence and told them I needed this done as its a business and 5 days later they have not even came out to look at it and never returned my phone call when I called after 3 days. Horrible customer service and John acted like he didn't even care. I called another company and he will be here by 5 tonight.

After a communication issue at the start of the project (which Operations Mgr Nick handled quickly and satisfactorily), I ended up very pleased with both the cost and quality of the work done by Superior Fence. A special thanks to the work crew, Richard and Brandon, who did a super job and exhibited a great attitude - both of whom obviously really care about the quality of their work!

Superior Fence did an amazing job at listening to what we wanted in a fence and gates, and over delivering in a timely manner and for a reasonable cost. Nick Heath came out to our property on a Saturday on his day off, to take measurements, and discuss with us the style and areas we wanted fenced off and gated, to make our property secure and safe for kids and animals. A little different from the norm, we wanted a farm style looking fence with four cedar rails, but also wanted security from kids and animals getting through the fence and out onto our busy street. This place saved me a bunch of time and money on a gate project that has been causing me frustration at multiple points. I am a busy person and taking the time to make adjustments here and there is extremely burdensome. After getting some great advice and new ideas for how to permanently fix my gate I left one happy customer. They were happy to take our payment after committing that they'd complete the job in 4-6 weeks. It was for our rental property.
Fast forward 8 WEEKS, and no response from the company. After many, many, many, many calls and emails, we were told the contractors would start work that week. Twice (TWICE) they went to the wrong location--the first time, they entered the wrong backyard (our billing address, where we live--not the rental property) and spray painted permanent lines on our stones/sidewalk (our HOA notified us there were men in the community

Superior Fence delivered as promised. They were clean and tidy and the fence turned out better than we expected. I Would definitely recommend and use again when needed.
They just did a bigger project for our office but have also helped when I needed parts of an aluminum fence I was DYI-ing at my own home. Gave the same attention to both a large and small project. Superior fence is really great and appreciated when needed.

We were very pleased with Superior Fence! We are an out-of-state development/construction company
that had a break-in at one of our job sites, leaving us with numerous breaches in the fencing at our
property. Even though they were busy, Greg was helpful and understanding, making sure Superior
responded to our site within the day. Superior workers provided us with "before" and "after" photos,
and did a thorough job patching all holes in the fencing. Quality of the work was top-notch. We are most

I called every fence place in Portland and found superior fence was the only one that could get the job done today with there 24 hr emergency service crew said to be available all hours and a 1-2 hour arrival time in most cases I accepted and was very pleased they had the job done in no time with a truck equipped to complete the job thank you for great people and products superior fence will use again!

I received bids from several fence companies before deciding on Superior. The price they quoted was slightly higher than most, but after doing a bit of research and seeing their fences around my neighborhood, I felt safe choosing them.
The salesman (Chris) that came to my house was pleasant to work with and seemed genuinely concerned that I get the fence I needed. I have two small dogs and the fence needed to contain them, yet look good at the same time. My yard has quite the slope to it so I was worried that a wood fence wouldn't provide adequate security to keep them from getting underneath

Typical contractor. Called to make an appt., he called me back asked for some details, sketch, etc. I provided the information over email (drawings, dimensions, etc.)... crickets. I called twice... crickets. Finally emailed him to see what's up, said he never got my emails or phone calls (bs). He gave me an estimate told me to call him to schedule a time. I called him... crickets.
He wasted my time, he'll probably waste yours unless you have a really big job.

Happy with all aspects of this project with Superior. They gave a great quote (best price that we found). I had a few issues with the quality of the work (huge gap between the fence and the gate, some of the boards were pretty badly warped) but they came back and fixed them within a week of complaining
Communication could be better on when they are showing up and when it would be finished. There was a few days in there that noone showed up and noone called me to tell me what the plans were but at the end of the day, I washappy with the work

Superior Fence built a new solid board cedar fence for my rental house 3 years ago. First we had some concerns that the gate left a huge gap that reduced the privacy in the yard. Now, one of the posts holding the gate is warped making the gate hang crooked and not open all the way. When I contacted them to see if they had any guarantee on their product, or would at least do a repair at a reasonable rate, they did not respond to me at all. So I had my property manager contact them, and they told him they would charge $790 to fix the post. WOW a $790 repair on a 3 year old fence. I really expected
