I hired Hickmans after another company wanted to charge me $500 to treat termites that I could not find and I am a 22 year experienced home inspector. Tony York of Hickman's (an honest guy) came and found no termites. Hickman's is a trustworthy and respected company that I have never heard anything but good reports on. I highly recommend Hickman's and especially Tony York.

House recently went under contract which required me to schedule a Termite Inspection. Process was easy to schedule. Passed inspection. Spoke with friendly staff on the phone when scheduling appointment and helping to set their worker up with access to the lockbox.

We had a awesome experience with this company. We purchased our first house in the country and had tons of critters ants and spiders. Hickmans came out and did wonderful job at treating the yard and crawl space. We will continue using them for all our pets control needs.

Tony York is such an honest man!!! The other company said my garage have carpenter ants and too moist in the crawl space and wants to charge me over 2.5K. I need second opinion. Tony inspected and said those are not carpenter ants according to his 25 years experience, and my crawl space is not wet and moist. He is just a honest person. Goodbye ants. These guys came out and treated. Everything seemed like it was a-okay, but after a couple of weeks, we started seeing more ants. Without even a hiccup, they came back out and fixed the issue. They're great.

I see there have been good reviews. I don't know what happened today. The technician didn't have any identifying factors to be let in the building and when I opened the door he said "What is your problem?" I seriously NEVER complain about anybody in any kind of service industry. I don't know if the guy was just having a horrible day or what. He couldn't seem to be rid of my situation fast enough and didn't have any interest in helping me understand why the mice keep coming back.
