My experience has been a nightmare with the partnership of Vista Homes and Knight Residential - filled with lies, terrible communication, and Vista trying to hand our homeowner group an unfinished property. Just a few of the many examples are:
1. Lies upon lies. Vista claimed that AMS management was responsible for property management. When I spoke to a representative there, I was told that Vista Homes only paid for financial services but no other property management services. Vista was included on all status check-ins with Knight and email correspondences, yet never took responsibility or charge

We love our Vista Home! The Vista team was easy to work with and very responsive. We found a lot and worked with Vista through the semi-custom process.
It was perfect as we were able to save some costs compared to a custom build, not have to stress about every little detail, but still had enough flexibility and design choices to make it ours! We get complimented often on the quality of our finishes,

Our experience with Vista Homes has been a nightmare to say the least. We signed on to purchase a town home in October 2019 that was expected to be completed in February 2020. After being assured it would be ready, we were informed in January that the new date was late April. This has since turned into May, then June, and now July. While we understood there would be delays, we were always given the rose colored glasses BS up until 1-2 weeks before. We had bi-weekly meetings that typically were sales pitches on how great things were going.
