I would like to say that this company is a true example of skill, service, and professionalism but I can't. I asked for a member of this business to come out and give me a quote for my floor but never got a quote or even a return phone call especially after a gentleman came to my home. I guess they just aren't able to work on or repair wood floors but of course I would not know because apparently they don't how to return phone calls. I'm perfectly fine with taking my money and recommendation elsewhere.

Exceptional experience buying our hardwood flooring. Patrick spent time making sure he understood our needs which lead to finding the perfect floor. After numerous sales attempts at other locations and lack of assistance it was a blessing to find Murphy's. We came close but never felt as comfortable as we did once we got here. Its a comfort you can't explain and a trust when you arrive. When you spend that amount of cash it's much more, great job Murphy s !

Wow! A company that knows the value of good service and good work at a fair price! I am exceptionally happy with my experience working with Keith and crew! My new carpet is installed, on time and very well done. The installers were polite, friendly, helpful and knew what they were doing. I have had experience with three other flooring suppliers in this area recnetly, tyring to get this job done, all ending badly. They could all take a lesson in customer service and respect from Murphy's! I would recommend Murphy's to anyone wanting good quality product sold by helpful and service

I was very pleased utilizing Murphy's for some flooring in my kitchen. Karen was very helpful in the selection process and more than willing to work with me.
The installer did a fantastic job. I was extremely happy with the work completed!
