Jim and his team did a outstanding job in finishing my dream basement. Everything was done on time and on budget! His team was polite and cleaned up everyday, he was extremely responsive and involved me in all decision making steps, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished work! It’s hard to find a good contractor in CO and I can say for certain Jim is your guy!

I have worked on many projects with Jim Clark Construction in the past. As manager of Boulder Stove we have supplied many fireplaces/inserts to him and his clients. Our experience working with Jim Clark was excellent. He was very helpful throughout the design, estimating, and construction process.
As a contractor, I understand that construction is an imperfect process with unforeseeable issues. Jim helped guide us through the process of our basement build-out with few hiccups or problems.
Equally important, his original estimate was accurate and he finished the work on time. He took care of the everyday problems without the endless trail of change orders, communicating as necessary.
