Kolin was very patient and professional. Our truck had been stolen out of our driveway so the process of buying a new vehicle was something we hadn't plan on doing. We decided on a 2022 outlander sel. When we picked up the SUV Mitch showed us everything we needed to know. Mitch is very kind and thoughtful. The whole team at Don Robinson is so great. Super Disappointed after coming here. I was waiting on a quote for my trade in for 2 days (went in on a Thursday and was approved for a loan if I traded in my vehicle and put money down) didn't get much communication, called several time and then the car I wanted sold on Saturday and no one ever called me back to let me know what happened 🙃 I had even offered before to put the thousand down right away before they offered up the trade in idea. Don't bother if your credit isn't approved right away, I learned to just work with my local dealership 🤑

Best car buying experience I have ever had. I bought from out of state and everyone at this dealership, most of all my salesman Cody made me feel comfortable about flying 1200 miles to buy a vehicle from them. Buying from out of state is a big deal and can be scary but they were upfront and honest about everything we talked about so when I got out there, there were no surprises and my purchase went extremely smoothly. Dan was the best car salesman I have ever worked with in 67 years. He made it very easy, and went over everything. He took his time to make sure I was comfortable with everything in my new vehicle. He even made me fresh popcorn as I had just got off of work (14 hours) and needed breakfast. LOL.
