We have lived in multiple different states for work and purchased quite a few vehicles over the years, but Albany Chrysler is BY FAR the best dealership we have ever done business with. From start to finish it was a breeze and a pleasure to work with them. There was no pressure, no lies, and no sales gimmicks from any of them. We will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else. The team at Albany CDJR took great care of me in my purchase of a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I already knew what I wanted and needed to make the deal quickly, while 90 miles away. They were super responsive as we discussed the details via text, and had everything ready for me when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. Dalton was awesome in his explanation of all the features and ins/outs of the vehicle. Really appreciated him and the entire team who made things happen, including Becca in Finance.

Told us the problem with the van (a $700 fix). Did not solve the problem with the check engine light coming on. Brought it back the next day and was told it’s the ambient air sensor ($250 fix). Now says there may be a wiring issue somewhere because temperature is still not correct so they need to dig in to see more. Wondering if the first fix was even the problem. Seems like the ambient sensor should have been 1st option instead of finding more things to replace and cost us more money

I was less than impressed with service department. I’m used to other shops that vacuum vehicle as part of oil change so disappointing that we paid more and received less. Impressed that we called and were able to get scheduled same day. We were also looking for a second vehicle and tried to ask questions of sales staff and the one available didn’t seem too interested in working with me. We were there Thursday at 4 pm

I needed to get the Front and rear brakes and rotors replaced on my Ram 1500 pick up. McKay’s Dodge quoted me $1200. I contacted Brandl motors and they quoted me $890 . I contacted Albany Chrysler and they could do the exact work for $840. When I asked McKay‘s about the difference in pricing, they stated that they charge more for labor than the other dealers. I went with Albany and I couldn’t be happier! The service was excellent! The staff was friendly! And the price was definitely better than the other guys!
