Not the greatest customer service if your looking to purchase a vehicle thru Duvall of Franklin. In our experience we were promised the hold of a vehicle until Monday (due to it being a Saturday and no banks being open) we had expressed that we definitely wanted to purchase the said vehicle and were told it would be held for us, only than to find out after we had aquried the funds to purchase said vehicle (on Monday) that it was now being held for someone else because they had put money down on it. Which we would have done the same if they would have told us that. If I were you I'd just go else

Don’t be stupid like I was. I bought a car from them on March 12. After being without a vehicle for a year, I was too excited & didn’t fully inspect the vehicle. After signing all the papers, I went straight from there to lunch with my mom & she asked me if I noticed the dent on the passenger rear fender. I hadn’t noticed it but was too afraid to go back because I didn’t want to spend another day without a vehicle. I also thought it was just cosmetic. When I went to pick up my tag from the office, my fiancé mentioned it to the lady who works there & she said I must have hit something because
