Bought a used vehicle from them after a few people told me to go to Murphy Ford (my wife bought 2 new vehicles from the Ford place in Murphy), I didn't listen and a week later the vehicle had an issue with it and when I walked in to see what they could do as I had the purchased the ESP and knowing there is not any warranty on a used vehicle, I was told my ESP doesn't kick in for a month and the salesman who sold me the car just gave me "what do you want me to do" attitude, wasn't helpful at all and just seemed more like he could care less. They did look at it in the service dept, but never offered

First off the salesman I want to say Chris took advantage of my 81-year-old father with dementia. First clue should have been when the check bounced but they pushed and pushed he bought the truck wasn't the color that he wanted wasn't the style that he wanted. He had it delivered When I questioned him I said my father is an early stages of dementia and the a****** tells me your father didn't give me a note saying that!!!! I will be pursuing this in a court of law

We have a friend who lives in Florida and he was in Sylva NC, Fly Fishing in the Tuckaseegee River near us. His F-150 broke down. The Transmission just stopped working. He called a tow truck and called the Andy Shaw Ford in Sylva. They said it would be 4 weeks before they could get to it. The Franklin Ford Dealership a few miles from us would not even talk to him about Warrenty Service. So he called Jacky Jones Ford in Hayesville. 41 miles away. So on Thursday morning we loaded up his stuff and drove him to Jacky Jones Ford, where his truck was fixed and the people there were very nice. If I were

Had a problem with my 2019 explorer on the way from Florida.
Stoped at service of Jacky Jones Ford, and the service adviser, Chris, took care of us and we were out in 45 min. A sensor of the air flow was changed, and the car runs like new. If I could give him 6 stars, he deserve it.

I needed a new truck fairly quickly, I inquired about a couple on line and Andy quickly responded with pricing.
I then stopped in to look at the trucks and Justin showed them to me and explained them thoroughly.
I thought about it overnight and purchased it the next day! They were very prompt and professional!
