Need to know if a warranty comes with catalytic converter replaced on 9-24-21. It should be extensive for what I paid since I've priced these at about half of that. Also, was expecting to pay less as I understood estimate included tax. Jeff seemed sincere and willing to help, just need to be more clear on estimate, this could be a 4-5 star if warranty info provided.

Went in today 8/16/2021 for a simple recall, in and out pretty quick… little did I know 40 minutes on my way back home ( note I live over an hour from this scam place and do not have the time to come back and forth ) I decided to open my driver side window for some fresh air, my whole driver side master power switch completely falls into the door. Called the store and said that it “coincidentally” happened exactly as I left from there and they had no explanation BUT as you can see in the photos those scam artists stuck something strong enough in the

I went to Kia of Murphy today to purchase a vehicle I wanted to get a new one but they didn't have one in stock they did however have a certified pre owned one that we really liked priced in the windshield for 29995.00 I always ask if that's the best price and the salesman said he would have to ask the manager and when he came back out the best price was 32995.00 !!! WOW !!! me and my wife have bought a total of three vehicles there in the past and Would have bought that one today but never again !!!! Thanks for saving me money !!!! Run Forest! It's so sad how these people treat customers. Their first move is to ask where you want your payment. Then they try to get you to go on a test drive while they work on it hoping you'll fall in love. When you say "not yet" they go get the car and try to get you to go outside hoping you will relent and drive it and are visibly upset when that doesn't work. Then they come back all smiles with a payment that is almost 30% above your limit hoping you'll accept their sob story and sign without even showing you the numbers.
