This company in Ventura is no longer Casner but was purchased by a different owner and is now Caswest. The new business will not stand by their warranties. We are well within our existing warranty and have attempted to get them to re-treat an area in our home however when we have scheduled on three different occasions they have not shown up. They now no longer answer the phone or respond to our messages.

Excellent customer service! friendly staff and awesome technicians ! I called for a Termite Inspection , they came out same day and did the work the next day ! pest control department is VERY busy but still managed to squeeze me in. The receptionist ( whom has the same name as me ) was sooooooooo sweet and great gal to talk to ! WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND this locally owned company! Electro - Gun is the way to go! so much more convenient and half the price of fumigation! I will continue to do business with Casner.

Very bad experience! Had an appointment today and never called me called the office to check if they were on their way and the receptionist Dianna said she didn't know she had to call the tech and would call me back. Never did so called her back 1 hour later and said they weren't going to come to my house today. So bummer took a day of work for nothing. Absolutely do not recommend.
