Anthony from Dr Termites was amazing. Honestly I don't usually write reviews but feel compelled to do so after his visit to inspect our house for termites and provide a quote. Anthony was prompt and arrived within the time provided by his office. He explained the inspection process he would be doing and how the property would be treated if we chose his company. He thoroughly answered all of my questions and inspected our house inside and out. After communicating with his office he was able to provide a quote within 15 minutes. I am so very grateful for the excellent service I received from the staff I met with Dr Termite. First there was Anthony who showed up without much notice to evaluate my situation. Then there was his collaboration with his colleagues to confirm his diagnosis. Finally, the end result was orchestrated by Stephanie, in the office to alert the staff about delivery procedures and to manage my payment and receipt. I could not say enough positive things about the high level of professionalism they all exhibited.

There are so many termites contractors out there and we initially opted for a big company and they fell short on reliability, communication and follow through. We had Dr Termites come out for another opinion and our inspector was Anthony and he was very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection and his recommendations. Thus far communication with him and any questions I had he was willing to answer. When you get hurt the only person you can trust is the Dr.

I'm leaving this review of Anthony Gomez who performed a termite inspection of my home and provided me with the recommended treatment and cost. I'm leaving this review by text because I was not able to access the survey through Google. Anthony was very thorough both inside and outside of the house, including going into the attic above the garage. This was our first experience with needing termite work. We received 3 inspections and estimates. Some companies rely on scare tactics and say fumigation is the only solution. Anthony from Dr. Termites gave us a thorough inspection and estimate. The localized infestation was remedied by injections into the walls. They guarantee their work for 3-4 years. The two technicians, Jessie and Sam were courteous and professional. They fully explained what they were going to do worked neatly. We cannot be more pleased with Dr. Termites and will recommend them to my friends.

The owner, Armando, came out and he was so thorough and explained everything to us. Very professional and honest.
We had two other companies come out to do an inspection and didn't feel comfortable with them doing it. In contrast, this company made us feel assured and very comfortable that they would take care of the problem. They promised a great warranty, protection, and price.

I recommend Dr. Terminate specifically Armando and Jesse. They are professional and a pleasure to work with. During the process Jesse accidently hit an exterior water spicket on our property. Armando who is a licensed plumber promptly repaired it at no charge. Jesse had painted a relatively small area in our living room and did an excellent job!! So far, the orange oil is doing its job and it's comforting to know there are no toxins associated with the application of orange oil, which has a pleasant aroma. I highly recommend them.

Dr Termites just serviced my home and I feel very good about the work they've done. It started with a visit to the areas they could access; they were respectful and didn't wander through the house when they realized they were alone and couldn't find us. They saw activity in the area we suspected and checked the lower and basement crawl space. They provided an estimate and asked to return to finish inspecting the rest of our home. They were through in their inspection, spot treated the area that needed it with orange oil and used the borax for a broader protection where the critters

and more...all positive. They covered every inch of my home and
hunted the wood munchers down often with their amazing tracking
technology. They are very thorough and will patiently explain their
process and answer any questions you might have. I know cuz I

Great service and very prompt. I am a Realtor from out of the area. My buyers needed an inspection in less than 24 hours. Not only was I able to schedule the inspection when I needed it, Armando showed up on time. He completed a very thorough inspection and then took the time to explain to the buyers what was found and the best method to get rid of termites, rodents and wood rot. The buyers were happy with the service and are planning to use Dr. Termites for monthly maintenance.

I am a realtor and needed to schedule a termite inspection for a client buying a property in Camarillo. I am out of the area so I called several companies found on the internet. Dr. Termites was the only one that answered the phone instead so rather than having to wait for a return call, I scheduled it with them 6 days in advance. At about 4:30 the afternoon before the scheduled inspection, they canceled! We only have access to the property the 1 time and are now scrambling to find an inspector. I will never call them again! Completely unreliable.
