Seriously will never return back to this place. I went in just TO LOOK at another vehicle and was POSSIBLY considering trading my current car in. Pete the sales rep I dealt with from the moment he came out was being extremely pushy not listening to what I was looking for or anything instead kept pushing for me to fill out a credit application then… proceeds to tell me instead of trading my truck in just let the bank take it not like it’s gonna do much damage anyway. I bought my first car from this dealership a few days ago and I couldn’t have picked a better dealership! I still can’t believe it’s MY car!! Rob and Jeff are such great people and helped me out a lot. Had a great and fast experience. Called on a Monday and went in on a Tuesday and I was driving by Wednesday. Pete was so helpful with the whole process including the insurance. Rob the general manager, went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted, and helped me get affordable car payments. Even the paper work process was so quick. Was in and out driving my new car within an hour. The best experience ever!!!

Rite cars Inc is pretty good. They will work with you getting a vehicle in your price range. Customer service was royalty. Great selection of vehicles. But after I bought my 2012 Honda CRV, I needed something simple fixed and the hassle & frustration i had to go through getting the issue resolved was annoying & unappreciative. Especially when they were so nice & I've been patient & trying to enjoy my new car. The customer service I received when purchasing the car, I'd like after as well during my warranty period.

Just had the most stress-free experience purchasing my first car! Never buy a car from these guys. Bought a car which came up to 16k then the financial lady tried to played me and make pay 27k for the car. On top of that they stole my 3k downpayment and sold me warranties that do not even exist. They probably think they played me but its not over yet. Im coming for them soon enough

I purchased a Mercedes Benz GL 450 from Rite Cars dealership during the month of February 2020. Less than 30 days of the purchase the check engine light came on. Prior to that I noticed the breaks squeaking, and noticed the service plan B was not done. Because the check engine light was on I took the vehicle to the Mercedes Benz of Huntington. They preformed a complete diagnostic on the vehicle. I wish that I had something good to say! I found a car on the RiteCars lot, gave a $500 deposit, got a call from the sales guy that the car was sent to the local Honda dealership to perform a recall service and I can pickup the car tomorrow. Things seemed to be going well. Called my insurance company to add the car to my insurance. Called the Honda dealership to speak with the mechanic and the car never showed up. The RiteCars sales guy decides that this would be a good time to not return any calls or texts. Two days later, I learn that they sold the car to someone else. I'm not impressed

Ryan was great to work with, even arranged to pick me up from the station. Buying a used car can feel very stressful if you're not an expert, but I didn't feel pressured to buy and everything was above board. Car was freshly detailed for me on pickup. This dealership is the worst!!! I bought a 2014 ford escape there in Jan of 2018. In Jan of 2019 the transmission went. My warranty that they sold me was expired by 6 days when my transmission died. The car is total junk and I'm still paying it off!! It only has 73,000 miles on it. When I called rite cars they were nasty and said there's nothing they could do! They wouldn't help me but said if I buy another warranty for two thousand dollars and wait one month I could put in a claim!!! Don't ever go here. They sell junk and they aren't trustworthy

Absolute scam. We are out thousands of dollars for a car they claimed was in great condition and even showed a clean car fax. The car has cost us over $3000 already, and the transmission is now in need of replacement for at least another $3000.... we can prove all of these issues were NOT caused by us, they were pre existing and Rite cars failed to… notify us of ANY of it. They have done NOTHING to rectify the problems - only offered to sell us another car. We now are stuck with a vehicle sitting in the driveway that we can’t afford to fix and can’t sell in its current condition

I had a very good experience with everyone I dealt with- Corey, Laura and Jeff. They were proffessional and easy to deal with. The car I bought seems good and the price was reasonable. I understand (from the reviews on Yelp) that all may not have had a good experience, but I can't imagine it being as bad as some make it out to be. If you need a good used car, go to Rite Cars.

Probably the worst place to buy a car. I went there 10 minutes before closing to look at a wrangler I had seen. With full intentions of making the purchase I went up to the office to ask the price. I was rudely greeted by a woman saying "we're closed, come back at 9 tomorrow." Ok 9 tomorrow is fine but I work from 7-530 every day. Then after realizing a sale a may have been blown a man ran outside to ask what I was looking at. This customer service was horrendous and I will never even look at a car in this lot ever again

RUN RUN RUN from this place they are the ultimate scammers. First, their prices on the website are FAKE they hike it by $4,000 and ask for a deposit before even sitting and talking to you about price of the car, APR, etc. After the CASH plus debit deposit was taken, they had my husband and I sitting around waiting as they lolly dollied their way around and no one sat down to talk to us about anything. Finally when most customers had left they wanted us to sign papers with the "new" price of the car which sales guys said were due to dealer fees. Once we didn't agree, another 1-2 hours

The manager was the only one there and said we shouldn't have come on a Sunday. He actually told us that his salesman wouldn't have told us to come in on a Sunday because they couldn't access whatever they needed to. My experience finding and purchasing a car was easy - I knew what I wanted, and knew how much I wanted to pay, and didn't need much help throughout that process. Big ups to the finance guy who got me a loan and offered to refinance it for me in a few months - he was great!
But when I actually needed customer service, a month later when my registration still hadn't arrived, I couldn't get anyone to take my call. For three days leading up to my temporary registration's expiration I called asking for help, the receptionist was nice but nobody was ever available to help me.

Stay away from this place. Did not even thing to look at reviews and wish I had. We bought a car from here last month, it was a freezing cold day. We tested out the air and it seemed like it worked, not hard to be confused on such a cold day - it does not - but did they say anything? Of course not. Also the car's tire alignment is totally off which is why we were only allowed to test drive it around the neighborhood.
They also sold us a warranty that they told us covers EVERYTHING up to 150K miles. This warranty only covers you if you get into an accident, not regular repairs on the car
