Went in on a Saturday to get see about getting my interior door handle fix. They took well over an hour to tell me that their warranty rep isn’t there today to approve the job. That they’ll have them call me on Monday. NEVER happened!! In fact, twice I called them on two separate days. Back to back. And they still never called me back about the warranty. They could’ve told me the rep wasn’t in that soon as I checked in. So instead they did a free oil change to a brand new car with 660 miles on it SMH. And did a sloppy job at that!!! Not a great experience. Was greeted right away when I drove my car in for service by a nice young man. When I went inside right away they want to SELL you packages for your free service. The gentleman tells me to have a seat and they will give me updates on my car. Over an hour later they call my name, want payment and I had to ask for my keys and where is my car parked. All the while the sign right above them says we will walk you to your car and go over everything that was done.
Also instruct your staff not to call people dear and honey, Mr, Mrs, or Ms works better.

Bought a new Telluride last year and was told I had two years of oil changes with purchase . Was there today and got a bill for an oil change . The money wasn’t the problem when I explained to the service tech. He simply said well we have new ownership so we won’t honor those commitments anymore .
I have purchased 4 kias from south shore Kia .
Guess on to somewhere else !

My wife and I came to South Shore KIA after shopping some other dealerships. Upon arriving, we knew this was going to be a different experience. There was a much greater sense of welcoming without it being pushy. We were introduced to our sales rep, Gilda White and she immediately went into action deriving our vehicle needs, especially taking into consideration the physical needs of my wife. Had my car serviced here today even though there is another Kia dealership closer to me but they do not compare to South Shore Kia for customer service so it’s worth a little further trip. They were exactly on schedule with timing of how long the service would take & even provided me with an office so I was able to work remotely without distraction or interruption. Great job & Fantastic service!

Nothing but good to say about the service Dept. After having a horrible experience at Smithtown Kia I came here this morning without an appointment and Keith was exceptional. I was in and out in just over an hour and with a loaner car that I could never get from Smithtown Kia even though the service was covered under the warranty. I highly recommend the service department at South Shore Kia.

When I traded in my lease, my car was never given a vehicle inspection report. Today I received a $690 bill from Kia finance stating I needed tires and a dented fender which was not there when I turned it in. Prior to turning in my lease I inquired with the sales person if I should put new tires, he stated there was no need. Now Kia finance is charging me $200 per tire. I tried to go in and speak with them for but received no assistance. They have lost a repeat customer!!!

Worst dealership in the world! Make sure you go over every detail of the paperwork. The completely scammed us. Mike the salesman lied about the financing , the price , the trade in value. Ask for a paper contract. They had my husband sign on a signature pad and told him it was to check his credit but it was the actual contract and they completely… screwed us. They kept telling him his signature wasn’t capturing to sign again and really he was signing a bunch of different documents. Refused to show us any numbers on paper. We were told we had to come back to pick up paperwork and when

Was about to buy a telluride today but their sneaky antics to make several hundred more cost them a sale. Of course their negotiations started at $1600 more than msrp. We agreed upon a price with tax and interest rate only to discover that they raised interest rate by 1% (perfect credit) and covered up a $1000 incentive in the still high sale… price . Be straight forward and say you want more than msrp. I would have walked away and that was that. Several encounters with your dealership and a few other have turned me off to the brand. Kind of relieved to not buy a Kia now that I think about
