Horrible customer service and attitude from the initial call with MILLY! She has no idea what the meaning of professionalism or customer service are. No clue how this company is in business. If this is how they treat potential clients I couldn't even imagine the quality of their work. Don't even waste your time considering this company.

First and foremost, I really loved speaking to Milly and how respectful she was to what I wanted. She was extremely diligent and patient with me and listened to every single detail that I wanted. When it came time to installing the fence, Henry was extremely punctual and professional. Speaking to him and watching him work made me realize how passionate he was about his business and how much time, effort, and love he puts into all of his projects. They kept me updated along the permit process and installed a beautiful aluminum fence for me very quickly. Do NOT even waste your time considering this company to do your fencing. MILLY MILLY MILLY!!! The absolute worst and possibly one of the rudest human beings I have ever spoken to. How this company is in business with her as part of their staff is mind boggling. Listen to all the other reviews mentioning her name specifically because they are 100% accurate. I called this company, like we all do, Russia roulette, looking for a security fence. I spoke with the receptionist Millie she was Awesome. I gave her my measurements and she was able to give me an estimate over the phone. If it was close to my budget. Bullseye. I had old shrubs and neighbors vines to move and Henry's Fence recommended Mr. Rodriguez for that. It was scheduled with no problem. Next came the fence "PERFECT". Mr. Henry loves his work. And it shows, can't say that about other companies ( I speak from experience). I wish he did other jobs, my house would look great. Henrys Fence deserves

Henry's Fence is a family owned business that takes pride in the job they do. They replaced the entire fence surrounding our association. The quality of their job is amazing. Henry worked with our community to make sure that each house was done perfectly. Both Milly and Henry are so easy to work with. Yes, they are very busy and yes sometimes you need to have patience because they cant always run out to do a job but THEY ARE WORTH WAITING FOR!!!

Henry's Fence came out on 5/14/18, to replace an old Hurricane Andrew wood fence and extend it around to the front of our townhouse. So, first let me begin by saying they did a "MARVELOUS JOB"! And we could not be any happier! This was not an unusually hard job, but the permitting process due to the age of the townhouse community made it a royal "Pain"... and dragged it on for months. Millie and Henry both were very helpful, understanding, and patient with helping us to ensure we got the design layout that would make us happy. Even a few weeks after the job was completed

I'm sure Henry's Fence will do a great job at building the dog enclosure I hired them to build at our new home....when they eventually get around to building it. Despite agreeing to build it on or about January 15th, we were told by Milly that it will not be built until a week and a half to two weeks later. Our two American Bulldogs will have to remain at our old house until the enclosure is built. This delay has caused both additional cost and inconvenience. I wish we were told of the uncertainty of the start and completion date in advance. When I asked Milly what the reason was

Both times I called this place to get a quote I felt like I was a burden to the person I was speaking to. I needed a fence repair and the person I spoke to was very short and rude. Then I called again to see if they do a particular fence. She suggested I email her pictures, which I did. Lo and behold, many days later, I get a short email saying they don't do that style fence. So, naturally, I ask for a recommendation. All I got back was "try another fence company". No kidding. Didn't even offer a suggestion for another company. I just called them for a quote on a fence job at my home. The lady who answered was extremely rude from the start. I am not a fencing expert so I briefly explained the type/style of wood fence and gate I wanted and before I could finish she interrupted me and told me my idea "will look absolutely horrible". Obviously this is not a company who is willing provide useful help or suggestions. Stay away...

I do not normally write reviews but I have to about this. I was quoted by Henry's team over three weeks ago for a wood fence job. I agreed to the terms and decided to go with them. When I asked when they would install the fence they stated the week of April 4th. After emailing a few times with no response I finally called on Thursday April 7th and they told me they would have to do it towards the end of the April 11th week. I was frustrated but I do understand things come up. I emailed Tuesday April 12th about which day they thought they were coming and again no answer. So I called and asked
