We manufacuture the pickets and bend all the aluminum and steel fencing and gates at our shop. Nova Fence doesnt sub contract jobs. We manufacture and install all jobs.

Who you speak to on the phone is one of the people who will be on site installing your aluminum or steel gates and fences. We dont have salesmen like most fence companies. No contractors, no salesmen, no hassle, NO PROBLEM! Hands down one of the best purchases I've made! The basket weave pattern gates they fabricated for my driveway are beautiful. I was able to send the specs for what I wanted, and they reached out immediately to make suggestions and come up with a design that fit my needs. I'm actually in the process now of having them fabricate an enclosure for my pool equipment. I highly recommend Nova Fence!

Just wanted to pass this along for anyone who may be thinking about metal gates. Nova Fence just installed these at my house. These guys manufacture everything in house....even the locking mechanism, are on time, professional and last but not least, very reasonable priced.

I called NOVA and spoke to his owner Ronald. We agreed on him coming to visit us on that same day to give us an estimate. He did not show up and did not bother to call to cancel the appointment. What followed was about 10 more phone calls and text messages in which he always would say he would show up, but never did or call to cancel the appointment/or to excuse himself/or to re-schedule. Found Nova Fence online after calling a few other places. I spoke with Ronald about the work I needed done and pricing and it seemed to be a fit for me. He was very personable and friendly. We needed the work to be done quick and in a certain amount of time, which we planned with Ronald. Even though their website clearly lists wood fences as part of their services (see below**). When we called for an estimate the man who answered the phone said that they did not do wood fences, that it was "old technology". They need to update their website if that's really the case. Just an FYI if you need a wood fence. Don't waste your time calling.

I would rate it 0 starts if possible.

This company is run by Ronald. Ronald stood my wife and I up twice for appointments to inspect our fences and provide a quote. I called Ronald again to find out what was going on and he flat out told me that he is "offered money every time he shows up, just because I showed up." He also told me that he makes $180,000 a year, so that "that's my excuse for not showing up."

I will not be hiring Ronald at Nova Fence to replace my gates and fence. He makes so much money and doesn't bother to cancel appointments, that he pretty much
