H & M Termite and Pest Control is a family-owned and operated termite and pest control service company. We have been providing service to Southeast Louisiana for over 50 years and 3 generations. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you and the next 50 years. Pre-Construction services are provided on properties where the home or commercial facility has not yet been built.
We will treat the area where the building slab or frame is to be placed with termiticide. Our pre-construction contracts include a final treatment once the building construction is complete. We will trench the grounds surrounding the the building. This trench will be placed approximately 6 inches from the building with a depth of 4-6 inches.
We will spray termiticide into the trench and replace the trench contents. We will spray a second layer of termiticide on top of the replaced trenched soil. Post-Construction services are provided on properties where the home or commercial facility has already been built. Post-Construction contracts include our initial property treatment and provide for an annual termite inspection and treatment schedule.

The staff of H&M are personable, professional, focused, helpful…overall one gets the strong impression that you are in the hands of caring individuals who are truly good at their jobs and seem to love doing the work. And the products they use are effective, as we know by not having to worry about pest invasions or termite damage or anything other than the occasional lost insect who we find dead after encountering the barrier left behind by H&M.

Called and set up an appointment for an estimate early in the week for Friday afternoon after lunch. On Friday, I was freed up early so I called to tell them they could come earlier if they like. I was informed due to the weather the person to give me the estimate took off and went out of town. H&M made no attempt to call me to tell me this. Had I not called I would have sat around and wasted an entire afternoon. They offered me an appointment for the following week. No thanks.

H & M has treated our family properties for years. Their staff is professional and personable, punctual as promised, and thorough in their safe application Of chemicals to get the job done correctly. Can’t say when we last had any kind of bug problem, which says so much for a pest control company in south Louisiana.
