DIAL ONE Franklynn Pest Control Co., Inc. is a Louisiana Corporation started in 1969 by Joseph Frank Azzarello, Jr. and his wife Gloria Lynn after both had graduated from college. Joseph and Gloria had full-time jobs at that time and worked on developing the pest control business during their spare time.
By 1971, the business had grown considerably and required Azzarello to quit his full-time teaching position and wholly dedicate his efforts and energies to the further development of Franklynn Pest Control Co. In 1972, the first full-time employee was hired to assist in satisfying the service needs of a growing customer base.
The business was relocated from the Azzarello residence to a commercial property purchased to handle the needs of their expanding business. In 1975, Azzarello received a masters degree in Public Health from Tulane University.

I was first introduced to Dial One at the organization I work for and know that the company has used Dial One for many years. We've had nothing but great service with them during a huge termite issue we had at the company, so I decided to reach out to Dial One for a rodent issue I'm having at my new home. I emailed Dial One late in the evening and Mr. Marcus called me first thing that morning to discuss a plan of action. The technician was at my home 1st thing after the weekend, did the walk through, and gave me a very affordable price to start and continue service. I am so pleased with Dial One

Marcus and a helper came out to our house and took their time in explaining what attracted the bees and what the bees were doing, while creating their hive. They also explained and what activities would take place one the bees were removed. The whole experience was positive and educational. They were great.

Great service, prompt and professional. Noticed bees flying in and out of my BBQ. Telephoned Dial One and was immediately put in touch with Franklynn Pest Control. Spoke with Markus and explained what I was seeing. Markus responded shortly thereafter assessed and explained the situation. He explained how he would humanely remove the bees and the ideal time to do so. Interesting to watch him go about removing thousands of bees. I would definitely recommend Franklin Pest Control to my friends and family. Markus knows is stuff.

What a great company to deal with! The staff has been so accomodating in helping me out with my ongoing flea problem. Joy, who works in the office and answers the phone, has been a tremendous help over these past few months. She has been very reassuring and encouraging that we will get this problem under control. She has answered all of my numerous questions and if not sure of something, has always gotten back to me in a timely manner. Thank you for all you do Franklynn Pest Control!

James and his team were a dream to work with. I have a very unusual schedule and they were very flexible in adjusting my termite service to fit my schedule. James explained the process, up keep and answered all of my questions. The tech was professional and quick with treating my house and making sure the inside was finished so I could get to work on time. Kim was very patient and helpful with the paper work and polite even though I took a few days to get back to her.

We recently purchased a new house that needed new termite treatment and service. Dial One did a great job. Their crew was easy and friendly to work with and the owner, Marcus Azzarello, even came out to inspect the project to make sure I was happy with the service. Having a slab house, we needed the perimeter of the exterior to be trenched for treatment and some of the patio and cement foundation drilled for treatment. In addition, they had to cut into our bathroom wall for an interior access to treat under the tube and plumbing. Their work was clean and professional. I am happy to be under contract

I just got off the phone with Kim and what a big help. She explained to me the ongoing contract (actually more than one!) with Dial One Franklynn Pest control and and the renewal process. They make it so easy! I have been working with them since I bought my first home over 35 years ago and the service keeps getting better all the time. The techs are continuing to be taught the best and newest techniques for monthly treatment for the common pest found in our area or termite control. The best Pest Control company around!
