Roger is a construction veteran with more than 20 years of construction management experience. In that time, he has managed over $150 million worth of projects. Along the way, Roger has overseen the construction of forty NAHB Remodeler's Council Award winning renovation projects. Roger graduated from Davidson College with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics with an Architecture Concentration.

Reenlisted Geoff and Roger to quote a relatively large renovation on our home based upon references from neighbors. After meeting that with them for an hour to go over the scope and drawings, both committed to provide a quote in 2 weeks. I specifically asked them if our project was something that they were interested in taking on to which they affirmed that they would like to do our project. After three weeks, we received an email apologizing that they were backed up but that they had stared our quote and should here from them shortly. We were shocked, when three weeks later, we received an email

Jeff, Roger and the team we’re excellent and professional to work with for our renovation project of our ranch into a 3 story home. From start to finish, Mills Eloge helps to assemble the perfect team and truly invests in the vision of your dream home. As many issues often arise during the building process, ME provided solutions before we even had time to stress over problems. The site of our build maintained impeccably clean throughout the entire process, which was extremely important to us in a family-oriented, higher-end neighborhood.
