I'm seeing some recent not so great reviews and I'm surprised. It's most likely due to them coping with huge demand like every other property improvement business in the area. My experience with Silverman was outstanding with excellent quality, service and professionalism. People need to understand that all types of property improvement businesses have been slammed with huge demand and delays due to CV19. I cannot get any work done on my home for various types of projects with any kind of quick response because of this issue. I would urge people to understand this isn't

I want to take the time and review this company. They were professional from the start. Thanks to Dana, Wanda and Tony for the awesome job that they did on my first and I hope only fence I will need. I searched and researched and they fell right in the middle. I went with my gut instincts and it paid off big time. Everything was precise and beautiful and they were so pleasant when they came out. I want to speak about the integrity of the men who work at Silverman fencing. I live down the street from the company and they do not know me. I am 64 and had a flat tire. First two of the gentlemen stopped by to help me and even their boss showed up. They had my spare on in minutes. Think about people who go out of their way at the end of their day to help another person. I have nothing but praise for these men AND I think that care carries over into their work! If I ever having fencing needs Silverman will be the company!

My experience was a lack of communication between estimator and estimate writer, a more than general lack of communication with the customer and a bit of a disregard for customer expectations. Originally, the idea was to repair the existing fence, some replacement new fence was added as a gesture of trust, and at this time the fence 'repair' project still looks and feels incomplete. I wish I had better things to say.

This company is top notch! I am on our homeowners association board of directors and we had to replace nearly 800 feet of perimeter fence. They showed up on time to give us an estimate. They notified us ahead of time when they could come do the installation and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the completed job. I would highly recommend them for all your fencing needs!
