We build all of our own wooden fencing to make sure it meets our level of quality and standards. If you have ever had a wooden fence gate you already know that the gate can be damaged easily. They start to sag to the point where you have to pick of the gate to open and close it. Even then it does not line up with the latch.
Unfortunately most wooden gates are not built to last. We build our own wood fences and offer a welded frame on all wooden gates for better durability. Initial installation of the fence was fine in July 2020. In the beginning of March, I noticed once of the brackets that connects the top rail of the fence to the next vertical post had snapped. Upon further inspection I saw that the top rail was cut too long, causing the bracket that connected to the vertical post to be pushed sideways which ultimately ended in the bracket snapping due to the amount of stress it was constantly under.
I had an estimate for the repair to be done by Fencpro, it came in at $350.00 without any explanation as to why. I went to my local hardware store and purchased the

We are so pleased with the service we received from Irwin, Joann, and the entire Fencepro team. After the wood panels were installed on one side of our property, I realized that the panels obstructed the view of the lake and didn't look quite right. I gave Irwin a call and he completely understood my concerns and proactively recommended using transition panels (as pictured). They did this quickly and at no additional charge. We've got our view back and a fenced-in backyard that our dogs can now enjoy. Thanks, Fencepro!

Start to finish they were great. Came out when promised, gave me a quote on the spot. Irwin knows what he is doing unlike other companies I called. Fence is high quality they finished when they said they would. Joanne in the office was great got back to me right away with questions I had and explained the warranty to me. I would highly recommend them. Glad I spent the few hundred extra bucks and went with a solid company. Thanks to the fencepro crew who did all the worked you guys did a great job
