Matthew started working for David O'Neil Construction, LLC during summer breaks throughout high school and college. He was hired as a full time employee in 2008 after graduating from the Thompson School at the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Civil Technology & Construction Management. College is where he learned new techniques of the trade, which have become a huge asset to the companies flow, function & organization.
Janelle graduated from Plymouth State University in 2011 with a Bachelors degree in Childhood Studies. After college she worked as a Residential Mortgage Loan Processor. Her background in banking has been a huge asset to the company; whether it be understanding the importance of a customer having a proper septic inspection report or providing a great customer service experience-she's the right person for the job.
David & Matthew, Thank you for your expertise & assistance with our septic inspection. We were disappointed to learn that the sellers of our home did not get their act together in time to use you for the system replacement. We would have preferred for you to do that work. I'll probably check in with you at some point to review the alarm and frequency of pumping the tank.

What a great company to do business with! Everyone I spoke to, owner, staff or crew were friendly, helpful and pleasant. Right from the start they were very upfront about the extent of what needed to be done for our septic system. No sugar coating things and quoting a lower price, only to have to raise it later! Their honesty and integrity was very appreciated. They did the work with professionalism and quality. Buying a septic system is never fun, but if you have to do it, O"Neil Construction will do it right the first time.

We used David O'Neil Construction to install a cistern in Chesterfield N.H. . They did a great job with the work which passed inspection the first time on the prep work as well as the installed final inspection. They handled a great deal of the paper work which was needed as well . Janelle the office manager was pleasure to deal with , always willing to help out.
They have a good team here. I would use they again without hesitation.

Two years ago, the septic system at my lakeside home desperately needed to be modernized. David came to evaluate conditions, called in an engineer to design the proper system, and followed up with all required permits and inspections throughout the process. He and his son performed all the site work, including removal of a paved driveway which had delivered excess rainwater and snow melt-off into my basement for years (that project uncovered an additional ancient septic tank!) Matt recommended recycled asphalt for the new driveway surface, which is permeable and friendlier to the environment near

"Pat and I would rate O'Neil Construction 10 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being excellent. We had our driveway regraded with more drainage along the sides and pipes placed under the driveway where water could be diverted. A good base of gravel was put down with a top layer of SurePac on top . The estimate was well detailed listing exactly what would be done. The estimate was discussed with Pat and I and explained well answering all of our questions. They were prompt in the estimate and when they came to do the job

We used David O'Neil Construction for several projects and were very pleased with the professional way he did each project, priced fairly and done in a timely fashion. One of the projects that we cannot thank him enough for is his consultation and working on stopping water from coming in our property. He installed the perfect drainage to keep the property from water seeping in from every rainstorm.
