The Williams Construction Group (also known as David A. Williams Builder, Inc.), is a long-standing construction Company, established in 1984, providing commercial and residential, general contracting and construction management services. We have all of the equipment, tools and professional staff to do any construction job from the first step, to the project's finish.
As your general contractor, we serve as project manager, coordinating the work of the subcontractors and serving as the liaison in communicating with the owner or architect on project activities. We will manage all aspects of the day-to-day activities at the jobsite. If needed, we have our own laborers and carpenters who will perform some work on the project.

I ran into several problems working with the Williams Construction Group on an addition to our home in 2018. I spent 8 months working with them planning the project to be sure the project fit my budget. Shortly after the project was started I was sent an email with a revised estimate that added $25,000 to the project. There were many other issues with the project including an inability to accurately read my construction plans and complete basic construction steps. I would absolutely not recommend working with Williams Construction Group.

David Williams Builder is an excellent reputable company. David takes incredible pride in his work. For example, more than 14 years ago we had a persistent leak from our roof that two local roofing companies were unable to properly repair. David Williams and his crew made the repair and it has remained sealed since. I highly recommend having David Williams and his people handle your construction needs.
