I called them to open my vehicle and they said someone would be there in 20-30 minutes. They mentioned nothing about fees. An hour and a half later a locksmith in a 30 year old van that looked like it had been through 10 car crashes shows up.
Before filling out any paperwork he tries to tell me that it will cost $275. We told him thanks but no thanks. He then tries to tell us that there is a $50 charge for him coming out. This was never communicated and is terrible business practice. Every time I have contacted a plumber, electrician, etc. they always tell you in advance that there will be a service

I’ve been working on a remodel for the last couple months. Hours away from completion, I locked the keys to the house inside the residence. I called my brother, who’s been a realtor for over a decade, as he has been using the same locksmith business throughout his career. I called the Number, and they had a technician head that way immediately! Four minutes before the technician arrived, she called me and asked some situational questions. She already had a game plan before arriving. I was shocked and relieved when she had the Front Door open in two minutes! She was extremely polite and professional

Super timely. Super helpful. Super affordable. The days that you have to call a locksmith normally aren’t the best, but Arye is very good at what he does. He made made multiple fobs for a truck that was otherwise a brick in my driveway. He was fast, friendly, and very helpful in walking me through what he needed to do. So, yes, five stars. It’s good to find service providers you can trust.

Called and answering service was inattentive. Asked about services I needed. Stated I needed keys made.
They said they needed a picture of my key to see if this was a service they provided. I said it was a simple house key. They insisted nothing is simple.
They sent me a text. I sent a picture of they key. I asked several times who was receiving this picture. No response.
No phone call back. A neighbor stated this is a way to get copies of keys for burglary reasons. I called another locksmith and he stated this is never needed. I made a report and tonight all my locks are being changed.

I had a great experience with Joe today. My wife and I lost both keys to our car, but Joe was able to make a new key and fob in under an hour! Great service, and will definitely use it again in the future :)

We had an open house today and my realtor accidentally locked one of the bolts that shouldn't have been locked. I'm hours away and my mom couldn't get into the house so I called Gina's and the gentleman I spoke to said he could get to the house in 15mins. He got there, opened the door and even called me to let me know that my mother was in the house safely! What great customer service! Thank you so much and I will call them again if the day comes where I need their help!! Highly highly recommend!

I tried to rekey a deadbolt myself, and after trying to put all the springs back in place for half an hour I realized I was in over my head. The technician came to my apartment FAST, he was professional and quick to get the job done. He even made a copy of a key for me as a courtesy. I'll definitely use these guys next time I need a locksmith!

With all the positive reviews this place has I expected better. The locksmith showed up 45 min after I called even though I was told 15 or shorter. When he got here he just walked around the front of our home and only because my dogs barked did I know he was here. He then proceeded to quote me a price and said the standard fee just for coming out was $20 when the website said $15. For my 1994 Chevy 1500 I was charged $120 which seems pricy since they advertise low pricing. When reaffirming that they took credit, again as the website said, he proceeded to tell us that they do however he lost his

I called a locksmith before them and they literally turned me down because my husband locked his phone in the car as well as his keys. They said that they had no idea that if he truly needed help or not. I said that he's at the Circle K which was 3 mins away from them, but apparently him calling me from the gas station wasn't enough "proof" for them to help.
So I call Gina's and they were quick, good priced, and amazing!!! Definitely have my business if this ever happens again!

I decided to take the family for a trip to Colorado. And long be hold we were so excited on our arrival that my wife accidently left the keys inside of the rental car. I searched on my phone and found this lock smith business. I contacted them and they showed up within 15 minutes. When Jack arrived it took him only five minutes to open the door.
