William (Bill) Devlin received his Bachelors Degree in Architecture from the University of Detroit, Detroit, MI in 1972, graduating with honors. He became a Registered Architect in Massachusetts in 1975, where he began his independent career after working in architectural firms throughout the Detroit and Massachusetts areas.
