Existing buildings pose many challenges such as being pre-existing nonconforming that requires presentations to city councils, planning boards, boards of appeals, and building inspectors. When buying a piece of property the question is will this property fit my particular needs. We are here to help analyze property before you buy.

We can help with existing structures, land issues, zoning regulations, building codes, additions, renovations and the list goes on. All of these to help you have peace of mind that you are making an informed decision. Forensic architects must have a designer's eye, a scientist's brain-and the nose of a detective.

A forensic architect can be your best defense for your building's alleged or real failings. Designing a building is like taking a trip where the signposts to the destination are not always clear. An architect can be a guide to help you to your destination. This is actually a collaborative effort between the client and the designer.

The expanded church represents a new spirit of ministry and community service at Canaan. The project involved a new sanctuary, choir loft, multi-purpose room, kitchen and classrooms. Though the building was tripled in size it maintained the features and character that was important to the neighborhood.

Greg was terrible with communication. He wouldn’t commit to doing the job or tell us he couldn’t help. It wasted a lot of our time, every week for a month he said he’d send a proposal!! I called week after week he never called me once. We obviously didn’t hire him. I would suggest going somewhere else, unless you like to have your time wasted.
