I cannot recommend Roy and Rhodium floors highly enough. Roy knows his craft, has impeccable taste, and exceeded our expectations every step of the way. He was fast, responsive, and resourceful. I get the sense that he has a lot of very high-end clients with large mansions, but he treated us, an ordinary family with a modest home, with the same level of care and attentiveness, and we couldn't be happier with the result. We remodeled about 3 months ago and Roy at Rhodium really provided a white glove service. Came in, even measured, and give us some nice options. We then went to the showroom to make our final decision. Sample was sent to our home for approval and given it came from Italy, the delay was worth waiting for. Thank you for working with out designer so swiftly.

The owner, Roy, went above and beyond in trying to create the perfect flooring for our project. I'm in Canada and couldn't find what I was looking for locally, so I contacted Roy. Very down to earth, knowledgeable and provides exceptional customer service to his clients. He managed to work within my budget and had a gorgeous custom flooring created just for the project. He was on top of everything... from the initial first phone call, to emails and to the shipping of product. I would highly recommend Roy at Rhodium Floors.

If you need hardwood floors...please visit this place and talk with Roy! The man is not only knowledgeable, but extremely kind, patient and diligent. He will run you through everything he has in his showroom, offer you honest advice and will try to get you the best pricing possible! In fact, he WILL tell you if he can't get the best price on an item and recommend somewhere that can (hard quality to find in this industry).

These guy nailed it on the showroom presentation!! I knew what I was looking for so we sealed the deal fast . Love the custom work and hand crafting on some of the samples. Must come back for tiles.

Great show of floors! Got plenty of grey tones and reclaimed direct from old schools etc. Pricey but considering the area and location I couldn't expect anything more. Will be back for the grey wash floors. I also like the contract line as it defines the variations of all the modern floors out there at a reasonable price.

I had a chance to check out there amazing new show room before it's launch all I can say is WOW. What a beautiful selection of high end amazing quality flooring. Stunning store! Truly a pleasure to see such design and attention to detail. I had to give It 4 stars because it was a little over priced for me but then again this isn't a store in a cheap area. That being said if I can afford myself the pearlescent white wash floors so what I'm going for!!! They have very unique colors, and even custom tile designs which you can make yourself.

Wonderful store. Very High end so dont expect a bargain in this place.... I was after some tiles for a bathroom we are redoing in our holiday home in Italy. Totally convinced by the sales guy that a custom stained wood floor would look stunning!
