Pat's Heating Has a Passion for People-Our Team Members are Part of the Family, Our Customers are Friends. In 1989, Pat's Heating & Air Conditioning started small, with just the owners, Pat and Mary Sue, and a single technician. Over the years, the company has grown steadily customer by customer, service call by service call, installation by installation.
As a family-owned business, we are part of Waukesha County's Greater Lake Country area. That's why we've made it a point to have a strong presence in the area through community involvement. Our owners and employees contribute through financial support and volunteer hours to improve and enrich our communities-where we all live and work.
I brought Rosati's Pizza to this area back in 1998. When I hired Pat's Heating do work for me and I knew when I expanded my business to it's current location that there was no one else I would use for my Heating and Air conditioning needs. Restaurants place demanding expectations on their service people because their livelihood depends on it.
Check that the furnace switch is in the "on" position (switch is near your furnace and looks like a light switch). Check thermostat to make sure display is lit; if not lit replace the batteries in thermostat. Be sure that the outside intake and exhaust pipes are clear of debris, leaves, or snow/ice build-up.

Contacted Pat's In October in Regard to some plumbing I had done by an apprentice plumber Lots of air in my boiler heating pipes throughout the house. Pats sent a technician out to bleed the lines which he did. He was there for maybe 45 minutes charged me $275 and left a zone valve open to my upstairs I came home from work to 85 degrees in my upstairs. I flipped the valve shut myself. Now I'm having issues with a pressure release valve discharging water Really not sure I want to contact pats to look into this for fear of another costly bill .

Pat's replaced our 30 year old furnace and AC. We went with a new Daikin system and were extremely pleased with the entire experience. They were always on time, very responsive and overall we feel this was a great value for us. Many neighbors recommended Pat's, but I still got three estimates for a new furnace and whole-house humidifier. Their staff was friendly and helpful at every step of the process and Pat's came out on top with the best system for a very competitive price. They installed the system sooner than I expected, patiently answered my millions of questions, were thorough with necessary duct/register modifications, and nice cleanup when complete. They came back quickly with a friendly, professional attitude when I had a couple follow-up requests - made it feel like I was calling family to help. Great local

Pat's Heating & Air Conditioning has maintained our 21 year-old HVAC system for the past couple of years. This year during the inspection the technician showed us an increase in a leak in our old furnace and gave an estimate for repair. We asked for an estimate for replacement as well. We never felt pressured to make a decision or influenced whether to choose repair or replacement. We chose replacement and the team that installed our new system was on time, respectful of us and our home and answered every question we had thoroughly and completely. We will continue to have Pat's maintain our equipment

I've used Pat's heating & Air Conditioning for almost 20 years and two of my homes. Through the years they've provided maintenance, repairs and installations. The entire team, from the ladies who answer the phones to the guys in the field, have been courteous and honest. Always fixed right the first time and never over sold or pressured. We have used Pat’s twice now. Once for zoning our old HVAC system, and most recently for replacing our failed AC and older furnace.
All interactions with staff, from front desk/scheduling, consultations, and installations, have always been professional and timely. Compared to another local company, I felt Pat’s was price fairly and offered practical solutions without overselling.

We own a number of commercial buildings and have always used Pat's Heating for everything from maintenance to new systems. We needed a new HVAC system taken off and a new one put on a roof. This is the first time I have seen this done in person. From the time Sean and his crew got there, to the crane getting there, to the old system lifted off the roof to the new system put on the roof was 25 minutes. Oh and the junk man came to take the old unit within this time too. The whole team from the office personnel, service personnel, and work crew at the site were so personable, helpful and I tell you

I have used Pats repeatedly over the last two years. I have a complicated old house with a lot of aging hvac. Their service is excellent. Just had them here and technician wears gloves and keeps social distance, well aware of Corona virus. Help the local business out during these tough times! They will take great care of you!!

I have used them for annual service and general repairs over the past 5+ years, and not once have I ever had a bad experience. The technicians have always been professional, helpful and full of great advice. I have never had to wait an exceptional amount of time for service; My last annual service, they were at my door 5 hours after I called to schedule an appointment.
I will continue to use Pat's exclusively for all of my HVAC needs.

Woke up to a freezing cold house... Darn, the furnace was out!
Based on the reviews I found online, I decided to give Pat's a call to see if they could get the old thing running again.
Couldn't be more impressed; one of the best examples of customer service that I've experienced. The friendly dispatcher informed me that a technician would be there within an hour, and the professional, knowledgeable technician had our furnace up and running again in short order.

Our heat exchanger failed as our house was listed on the market. The house was vacant and I was very pleased when I came after installation to see there was zero mess for me to clean up! They installed to perfection and left no mess for me. Justin was excellent at diagnosing the problem immediately. They came next day to install. Couldn't be happier with the service we received from Pat's. Lost our old furnace on the coldest day of the year-they did an emergency repair until our new furnace was installed. Very happy with the new one-the April Air has been a great addition. The workers were friendly, quick and clean! And the Cheese Box from Brennan's is a nice touch, too! Highly recommend Pat's!
