Called this company for maintenance on the fence they once installed under the older owner of which was awesome work. Fast forward 25 years and I call them under the younger owner (same family) for maintenance and it has been 3 months to get anyone to respond. I called them 3 times with promises to respond and they fail over and over. I do not recommend this company.
A WEEK LATER
This morning I called A1 and got to speak to the son/.owner. The man seemed disinterested of my situation saying he knows about my estimate and that he would have he estimator get in contact with me. I tried to explain

The contractor rescheduled my appointment three times and when he finally kept the appointment he was late and unprofessional. The quote was completely wrong, he did not include any of my requests in the quote. Total waste of time.

Was pricing fencing material so a little bit high for me I had to still look for somebody I still haven't got my friends put up the switches on for a good fence guy

Had them come out and measure for a wood fence about ($10,000 based on other estimates I received) worth of work. I spoke with them 4 times to send me a bid. They kept saying they’d send it. They never did. The fence was simple cedar nothing crazy. I’ll never recommend this company.
