Went to pick material for a fence and I was told that they open at 8am, had to send my workers home. Torres fencing need to set their business hours straight.

Not professional nothing gets done on time and they would rather leave work early than take care of the promises they make their customers. I would highly not recommend them.

Called to have a gate made and I was told it would be done a certain day so I planned a job around it. When I called to make sure it was done that day they said it’s done but they want to close early so I wouldn’t be able to pick it up and they would be close for the next four days. I asked they to stay just a half hour longer so I could pick it up when I was told I could they said they want to close early so They wouldn’t let me go pick up the gate. Cost me money , time and a job. Very unprofessional and will never use again

Service was good. Employees were attentive and helpful in getting the right stuff.

Called 3 times for a quote on Iron fencing repair and new chain fence quote . Gave them my info 3 times and never got any responses. My last call to them I asked to get a call back with the owner and never received any call.
Don't use this company. they are flakey

I tried to do business with Torres Fence. A few years back, they fenced my entire back yard. But, Sal and the original owner have passed on, and customer service has suffered. I can't get a call-back, no clue where my order stands, no one, outside of the one person you talk to knows anything about your order status... an no one seems to care. So, I have to say bye to an old friend. Hope you find the one thing that once made you great.

Torres has done good work for us in the past, so I wanted to use them for some new work. I called 3 times requesting a quote. Each time I was told someone would call me back. No calls ever came. Really poor service. Even if they are heavily booked, responding to customer calls is a simple courtesy. I will find someone else for the work.

Waited til 10am for them...my appointment was scheduled for 9am..they were a no show! Not professional enough to even call and say they couldn't not make it or reschedule. Will find another company that can keep an appointment!! Waste of time with this company!!!!

I’ve had two fences done and they look amazing! Everyone from the office staff to the crew was very friendly, knowledgeable and on time every time. Thanks Torres fence!

Tried setting up a repair. Emailed the person they requested me to email. No response and after calling multiple times, no answer from anyone. Being in the property management business, they could have earned some good money from a person like me. Sounds like some changes need to be made at Torres. Smh

I called and talked to nick to schedule him to come out and give me a estimate on 08/17/2020. Called to check up and see what time he would get here nick didn't come to work today. I wasted a day waiting for nothing I'll find someone else.

Ray Salas showed up on time, asked enough questions, understood what I wanted, took the measurements, and sent me an email estimate, all on time. Probably my fault, his estimate went to my Spam file, but he called me back and we re-negotiated the email protocol. His competitor showed up and took measurements, but did not complete the bid by the time promised, so I dropped him as an option.

Excellent service, beautiful product, reasonable prices. You really cannot do better. We love our Torres Fence!

These guys are the BEST! We called, our job was estimated, and the work was done. It's was a small back section of our backyard fence that looked really shabby before, and now is looks incredible! I would recommend this company 100%, friendly, efficient, great service.

Torres Fence just completed the installation of chain link fences on each side of our house with swing gates and a rolling gate. Fantastic work and looks wonderful upon completion. They were even able to accomodate our request to add a swing gate to our existing dog run. R=They are also very reasonably priced. Very professional and great workmanship.

We received an estimate from an Ahwahnee fence company that was way to high. Torres fence Co. was several hundred less. Lupe and his team did an excellent job installing our chain link fence. They arrived on time, polite, and ready to work. Their workmanship is outstanding. We are very pleased with cost and quality of workmanship.

Professional & friendly! Made the process of getting a fence much easier than I thought. Lots of helpful people & they worked with our budget!
